Room, Australian pub in the lobby, breakfast quality

Transfer from airport to hotel: - no shuttle - hotel asking for PHP 3,100 to organize a transfer from airport terminal 1 to the hotel (2km distance) when it costed us only PHP 400 by using Grab… Trying to swindle money out of tourists is not well perceived.

we loved our stay at the Hilton, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is elegant and the pool area was great. We were also treated to a nice surprise for our honeymoon on arrival. the staff were also very helpful when our 3yr old lost his stuffed toy. The breakfast was exceptional and even has a play area in the main restaurant where kids can play while you eat. we walked to the link to the airport (although free transport was offered also) it was only a 10min walk and very easy. Highly recommend!

Comfortable bed. Big and clean toiletts. Clean room. Sound proof. Very near the airport.

Theres no direct connectiin to the airport. You either take the shuttle to bring you to the bridge which would take another 10-15 mins walking with all your luggage or pay 2,400 Php for a 500meter ride. But its worth it coz it will bring you right infront of the airport gate and only has a short way to walk for your luggage. The floor on the toilett is very shinny = slippery. Very dangeroud for falls Breakfast was not special. Karaoke near the lobby. Very loud even almost midnight

The staffs were very polite,helpful and kind.They greet and welcome you warmly! The room ,the pool and the whole building was indeed a 5 star hotel. It was smooth check in and out...The security guards were so helpful though the dryer gave me a real shock it was dealt very easily and fast checking on the customers first and asked how I was and if I needed to see a doctor! good job ladies and gentlemen to the front desks,maintenance and all the staff you are indeed worth every penny we spent! 😍

Excellent hotel with amazing facilities. Our room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. We bought half bird and ate dinner and breakfast at the Hilton. The buffet was sensational for both! To access the hotel from the airport you walk across the skywalk bridge and down the lift. You then end up outside in a dodgy underpass area. Airport security told us to wait and a free shuttle bus would collect us within 15 minutes. They strongly advised us NOT to walk the short distance.

When checking in was tried to pay the 5000 peso security deposit with my Australian debit card (all I had with me) and it was rejected. Only credit cards were accepted for this transaction or cash. They entup waving the payment as we were Leaving the country the next day.

Great location and proximity to airport, clean and very comfortable with many facilities and good gym and swimming pool, was a last minute booking due to transfer issues so didn't get best value out of stay

Shuttle service and probably booking offices at airport would really be helpful, I ended up paying 100$ more for 8 hr stay on booking app than what it actually was... No fault of the hotel but left me feeling cheated at a high price for a short sleepover Lighting in the room was way too complicated to manage!

I got so sick and needing to go to the hospital there's a medical clinic available someone wheeled me me downstairs the. availability of simple medical emergency is very convenient and it's free no extra charge on my side.I appreciate the lady doctor who help me feel better and the rest of the staff.

Not able to cancel the advance booking. Of buffet like trying to cancel it 24 hours in advance but they told me non cancellation and not mention prior to reservation .

The breakfast was amazing, a huge selection. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel decor was beautiful. Conveniently located close to the airport. There is a walkway from the hotel to a nearby mall which has lots of food options.

The hi-tech check in and keys were a bit confusing. It was a shame the pool was 'cut in half' by the swimming lane.

Upon arrival, it was Dalton who checked us in and catered to our family’s needs in a snap. We were welcomed at the Executive lounge by Cecilia’s vibrant personality. The food platters tasted great and there was ample selection of canapés and drinks. We had breakfast the next day and it was Daren who assisted us find the perfect seating for our headcount. Ali was assigned to our table and she provided phenomenal, top notch service! Our stay made Father’s day extra special because of the staff.

The bidet’s orientation and pressure quality is not up to par with other 5-star hotels.

I liked the location, it is near the newport theater. I liked that the hotel has an access to the mall. The pool was beautiful. The interiors of the hotel and room are exquisite. My husband liked the free coffee. My daughter loved the bath tub. I liked the huge mirror inside the room and the comfortable bed.

I didnt like the receptionist when we checked in. Didnt explain anything, i overheard the receptionist next to him explaining something to other guests. He just handed the room key to me. Not accomodating. One concern also was the casting in the TV did not worked. The TV went black after we paired and tried to cast our netflix. Lastly, the light switches were not working properly. When night light was pressed the lights turned off. Even the bathroom light.
