My recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport exceeded expectations on multiple fronts. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a diverse and delicious spread that ensured a delightful start to each day. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing valuable assistance and making the overall experience truly enjoyable. The hotel's excellent location, particularly for those navigating the airport, added a layer of convenience that streamlined my travel experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant stay. From the superb breakfast to the attentive staff and prime location, every aspect of my time at Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport was commendable, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers.

Transfers to/from the airport should be booked with the hotel staff beforehand, as there is no shuttle bus.

Check in was super easy. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. We got no sheets, one blanket and the pillows were like a tissue. Terrible. My neck was killing me. Also the shuttle bus needs to bed bigger. Almost couldn't fit. I definitely would've missed my flight if I had to wait.

It is very close to the airport with shuttle and/or taxi complimentary services. We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times we had an excellent experience. There was even a breakfast-to-go when we were checking out very early. The staff is English proficient and highly accommodating! We will stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!

There was nothing that was wrong with the hotel services! Perhaps, the only opportunity would be a more comprehensive communication about the hotel shuttle unavailability between the hours of 11am - 4pm. The transportation is still available but a customer must call the hotel to make taxi arrangements.

Hotel is really well maintained, rooms not big but satisfactory, bathrooms awesome. Breakfast awesome and delicious, great selection. Staff super friendly and helpful. Close to the airport, close to the public transportation to go to the centrum of Warsaw.

At booking I requested shuttle for transportation from airport to hotel. I did received 2 emails with description of parking with car but non saying where to find the shuttle. Airport information was not help at all. Luckily someone was helpful to call hotel and tell us to go across the parking lot to Renaissance hotel, so after browsing 2 levels of parking lot, finally got to to second floor at hotel (no signs or marks in elevator to point us to the directions).

The breakfast is a big plus for the reservation. They provide both hot and cold choices and the waiters speak English. When I asked for a bandage to the front desk, the gentleman gave me two promptly. For someone who got an accidental cut, it is very comforting.

The lady who checked us in had an emotional free face during the check-in process. Not sure if that's part of the Polish culture or she was just tired when we walked in from a long traveling day of train and bus. A smiley face shall be the priority when it comes to service I believe.

Everything was clean, staff was quite polite comparing different shift staff.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, very hot in the room, we could not set the proper temperature in the room that we needed, in the evening the staff was not serving the table properly, we had to go by ourselves to the bar and ask for food order, because the waitress (which was very young) was not serving the table at all. The food and drink prices are very high, comparing to that fact that it is Poland. And even paying a quite high bill, we had to ask for waitress service going to the bar by ourselves, which is not suitable for us. During morning breakfast the staff (lady) is always unsatisfied, who was changing milk in coffee machines, it seems that she does not like her job..

The reception staff was very helpful in arranging taxis to get to attractions in the Old City and back to the hotel. The breakfast choices were on a par with what the Hilton Hotel breakfast buffets were 30 years ago. The supper menu provided excellent choices including smoked salmon salad, slow roasted duck, and delicious Polish Zurek soup. Shuttle to airport was ready to go to the airport at 0530. The bed was very comfortable and everything was squeaky clean.

Location - good if you want to be near airport. However there are no grocery shops within 1km or even Restaurent. Main attractions are all far. Free shuttle: guy is awesome. He picks your luggage and a gentleman. Shuttle works every 30 mins in front Renaissance hotel at departure of airport. Restaurant:4/5 costly, some food items are different and good like noodles chicken. Quality: 5/5 Staff:4/5 some are good but some aren’t able to help. They understand English Heater: not working in toilet and staff isn’t able to solve it. They provided limited water Room size: decent No faucet or jet spray I am visiting this hotel at December end so consider this point

Heater wasn’t working in washroom. Coffee machine had issues. No omlete in breakfast. Location isn’t good if you are visiting as a tourist. However it’s awesome if you want something near airport

Bed is very comfortable. As a person that suffer from a chronical back pain, it's very hard to find the comfortable bed, but here it was perfect for me. Breakfast is very good, tasty and good served. I would stay here more time just because of the breakfast. The staff is professional and friendly, very nice people. The location is perfect for people who travel from/to long-haul destinations and have a connection in Warsaw. It's very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by shuttle.

The only thing that I could not stay more

Booked the hotel to reach it easily from the airport, a nice refreshing walk after a late night flight, with a sleepy kid and stuff, I thought, but in reality, outside the airport Exit Google showed 45 minutes walk. Had to take Bolt, which was an expensive experience because they monopolised a taxi stand and charge extra for being available there.

Our room 127 was very nice, clean, new, quiet, but a heavy cigarette smoke was reaching the bathroom from somewhere and spreading into the room. I guess, the room was situated above the stuff room or something. Breakfast items had no taste at all, very plain food. We came from Madrid, so the difference between food quality was too appalling. A young waiter cleaned our plates before we were finished. He apologised, however. The stuff was kind overall.
