Lovely apartment

Stayed in 372. It was very far from reception with a lot of steps and no lift. Seemed isolated at night.

The staff were the highlight of the trip, really helpful and friendly. The "village" itself is very cool, with several facilities such as pitches and basketball courts, a nice Italian restaurant and a few pools. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and also had great facilities (fridge, freezer, electric cooker, washing machine and dryer). There was a lovely green area at the back of our row where we could sit in the sun and hang out wet clothes. The location was good, around 10 minutes drive to the main town (we rented a car, but Ubers are incredibly cheap there; around 3.50-4euro per trip for 4 people).

Really nothing to complain about; three small things were i) that the apartments were only serviced twice during our stay. We would have liked it to be more regular to get fresh towels and bed sheets. Again, not a big issue whatsoever; ii) our apartment was at the very back of the village, which was a bit of a journey to get to, and iii) the shop in the village was overpriced and poorly stocked.

The staff were incredibly rude, it wasn’t one in particular it was all of them. Very disappointing.

The whole complex is well laid out and is very clean and maintained.

The apartments need a refurbishment. They are looking very tired now.Plugs on Sinks that don't close.Lights that don't work.Rust on kitchen extractor fans.Jacuzzi baths that don't work.Furniture and decor is looking old and tired.Not really value for money anymore, you can find more for less out there.

All the pools and pool areas were very well maintained, our apartment was situated at the top of a very steep hill, wasn’t a problem for our family but older people might struggle. Our Apartment was well equipped, and very spacious for a family of 5 as was the garden and out side space, BUT we did have issues with ants in the kitchen, ( I had to purchase insect spray 7 Euros to get rid of them) also the out side bins were not emptied regularly, therefore made it difficult to get rid of our waste rubbish.

Family orientated holiday. Great location.

The restaurant at one pool side was not open . That was a pity as no access to drinks/ice cream while at at pool. Also, I got locked in the bathroom. The key would not turn. Thankfully, with effort, I was able to push the key out under the door and it was able to be opened from the outside. App 148. Management should see to this immediately.

The village is beautiful, has multiple pools, a small gym above the pool restaurant which we only figured out the day before we left so definitely make use of you want to use keep active. The staff came numerous times through our week stay to check if we needed anything & to clean. The restaurant pool we used the most as it has it more for adults with soft music playing outside. Reception checking in as we had arrived very early were so helpful to store our bags until our room was ready which we were able to get earlier. Would highly recommend the clube village & Uber (We used this everyday which is also cheaper then a normal taxi) The rooms were very spacious, had three bathrooms between five, two balcony’s & a garden terrace. We had booked a two bedroom standard apartment which was perfect!

the pool areas was fantastic and the little pool bar was good price. we had a ground floor pool view and it was amazing. for the price we paid it was fantastic. 4euro into the old town via uber. it was brilliant. or a good 45mins walk. all flat path down the side of the road. just cross the bridge and its a lovely walk. lidl is 5mins in a taxi down the road. again 4euro or so there and back. we filled our apartment with plenty for the week. i will 100% be returning in the future. lovely place and so much for kids to do.

The complex was very nice ideal for family's but had hills so not great for people who struggle walking

It was a 25 minute walk to the old town with nothing in between. It was a lovely walk and taxis were very cheap ( 5-10 euro) dependant on day or night but very baron so take a bottle of water

-The affordability -the "villa" and what's included inside -the staff (shoutout to the receptionist who was there to assist me last oct14 14:00) I forgot to ask her name. -The free parking which was literally in front of our villa -& most especially the complete kitchen essentials.

-The check in time which is 17:00 -check out time 10:00 -the pillows -the ants in the villa -the flooding in the bathroom after using the tub -the smell of the house (but I'm not sure if that smell is normal because of the humidity)
