The hotel room was big, it had a kitchen, an air conditioner, terrace. The personnel of the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the view from the terrace: it was to the parking and the view from the bedroom was into the corridor with trash cans. We expected to have a garden view, not cars because the hotel was quite expensive. The bathroom towels were not very white, more grayish white. Also, we needed to ask every time to add soap, toilet paper. By default, only general cleaning of the room was done. We tried 3 types of the pizzas in the bar of the hotel and the quality was so so, in the restaraunt near (Delit) there were much more better pizzas.

Our hotel room/apartment was clean and spacious and we loved the kitchenette which made breakfasts and quick evening meals handy after a day of exploring the island. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. If we had been able to stay longer we would have tried the pool area which looked lovely and sunny and very quiet for June. However exploring by car took precedence to pool swimming.

Cala Galdana is a lovely resort but a little busier than expected and super hilly. Parking was ok but limited. This was no reflection on the hotel just lack of knowledge on our part of the area.

Cala Galdana as location is beautiful, perfect spot. The hotel room was very spacious, living space separate from bedroom which was a massive bonus with a one year old going to bed early! View from the outdoor / pool area is stunning. Breakfast staff was amazing and food was very good too, nice selection. We tried dinner one night, also very good options.

Softplay advertised was quite dusty and not much of an entertainment for our little one. Overall the outdoor space wasn't very toddler friendly, different levels of patio with no fencing, well a rope. It was hard work trying to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Room could do with more detailed clean before arrival of guests. Mirror had tons of little hand prints, we also kept finding loads of hair on floor which would naturally get stuck to socks.. Hoover would be better solution to the quick mop completed (we were asked to wait outside the room when this was happening so I could see how quick that was).

The staff were great and even with problems they worked really hard to resolve matters. Good breakfast, especially chef making omelettes to order. Excellent size room, spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean Jacuzzi suite was brilliant

Towels could have been softer and larger. Shower was a bit feeble Long walk up the hill to get there from the beach! View of the busy car park from bedroom terrace very unimpressive, and not what booking said - but this was squarely Booking.com's fault for an incorrect booking and mis-advertising the room, not the hotel, who went to great lengths to make this up to us, they were very generous, which we appreciated. Suggest you check what the view is when you book!!

It is already the 2nd time our family are staying at Comitas Floramar! We absolutely love it, we call it our happy place! Service is friendly, attentive and people go extra mile to make you happy. Rooms are spacious and clean, kitchen is well equipped. Pool is so much fun. Views are amazing! Location is very good, a short walk to the beach. Our favourite time of the day are breakfast and dinner, there is so much choice, everything delicious and fresh, you can find nutritious food for everyone’s needs. Bar makes exceptional cocktails and the whole meal becomes a happy lively experience! And at the end of the day you can watch stars in the dark warm sky - perfect holiday!

Pool was nice, really great location and easy to access multiple beaches around the area. Supermarkets close by. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery etc. Staff were really nice. Gym was good also!

Parking could be abit difficult on the street but can find one within walking distance. Music was abit loud at night when there were musical events on - I think this was because we were over the top of the music area. But this only went for an hour or so.

Location and views, very comfortable beds, spacious apartment with facilities for us to self cater, lovely pool area, friendly and kind staff, shows for evening entertainment.

Not much. Could have done with a couple of extra utensils in kitchenette but we managed fine cooking meals all week.

Really wonderful location. Very large living room and balcony. Good breakfast. The staff is very kind and puts an effort into everything they are doing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The music by the pool is not too loud (you barely notice it, it's mainly by the bar) and had good taste. In low season there's plenty of parking. And the location is just perfect!

The kitchen could have some basics such as olive oil and salt. The number of beds by the pool is on the short side, I think in the summer it is a problem. While the living room has a big window facing the outside of the hotel (in my case it was turned to the street, but that depends on your booking), the bedrooms have a small window directly to the corridor in which other guests can see the bedroom. It also does not have much natural light. It is the biggest flaw.

Excellent staff, great attention to detail with so lovely little touches

There are not enough sun beds around the pool despite there being space for more. This led to the ridiculous behaviour of guest getting up earlier and earlier to secure their spots and to many families and couples either having to sit around tables or sunbath on the decking

Amazing location with stunning views of Cala Galdana bay! We had a sea view apartment, and the view from the balcony is spectacular! The breakfast was delicious, and the bar serves La carte meals from 1-4pm, with a buffet dinner from 7.30 - 10pm. Buffet was fresh, well prepared and delicious meals.

It’s a bit of an uphill climb from the beach to the hotel, so something to keep in mind for people that might have difficulty with walking uphill. Otherwise nothing else negative to add.
