the staff were phenomenal! the hotel was by and large, clean the food especially breakfast was great- good variety. lots of restaurants in the area, even we found half-board to be more than sufficient. the beach was a literal 3 mins walk from the hotel front the entertainment was fab 👌🏽

there wasn't much to do on the little island, imo. Then again, I had teens so they quickly got bored with beach walks. There's more for little kids i think. We did go into Cuitadella which was ok the beach wasn't as large as I normally like. But it was a good body of water with some incredible views...

Room was good and clean, easy parking place just in front, beautiful swimming pool with plenty of seat (in September). The best surprise was the buffet for breakfast and dinner: huge with a lot of choices of high quality. Bonus point for the possibility of luggage storage and shower the day of the check-out, so we could stay at the beach. The position is perfect to walk to Cala Macarella/Macarelleta/Turqueta/Mitjana, all between 3 - 5 km away on Cami de Cavalls

No nightlife in the surrounding, even if the hotel organizes a show every night

Location of hotel and beautiful view from balcony. Easy to park car in car park opposite hotel. Great entertainment every night - a wide variety of singers- no magicians or acrobats. People didn’t seem to be reserving sun beds- always seemed to be plenty available.

Thin walls - heard everything from next door rooms. Maybe we were just unlucky to get noisy people the whole time…..? Breakfast orange juice was just orange squash.

The room was modern, clean and comfy... The buffet was amazing and the hotel was really close to the beach.

Unfortunately our room was right in front of the elevator which meant noise from 6am every morning. Very unpleasant. Huge queues to get water at dinner time. Could be easily solved by putting a bottle of water in each table. The entertainment selection (live music) was bad most of the days.

We go to bed early and had room at the front Entertainment was very good but we would book a room at the back next time. Pool area and sunbeds got very busy

The room was very clean. Food was good and restaurant clean. Pool area was clean. Entertainment was good. Sadly since a previous visit the carpets in the corridors has been removed (possibly awaiting a refit) the flooring is shabby and now also noisy/echoing 🤞🏻 the intention is to refit carpets.

The lack of corridor carpets meant little privacy in rooms as much could be heard down the corridor.

The location of the hotel was good, Cala Galdana is also a beautiful place but the best thing is to have a car to visit the whole island and all the beautiful beaches there are. The hotel was fine with two beautiful pools. I prefer the part of the residence where you can find beautiful and renewed rooms (we had a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms). Breakfast was good, never tested the dinner (lunch wasn't available). Staff was supper friendly!

Probably not the best location for teen agers -16-20 yo (there isn't any disco pub or similar in Cala Galdana so the night is too quiet fro them). I personally didn't like so much the beach of Cala Galdana and specifically the water that was quite cloudy and then uncomfortable

The hotel is in a perfect location. Not only cala Galdana is beautiful but it's also in between the most beautiful calas in Menorca. So renting a 🛵 or 🚗 is a good idea for day trips. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day. Food was delicious, great variety of meals. Pool big enough with a spacious bar area. It's true what others said in their reviews: lots of british retired people but it was actually a plus for me as it was very calm in every space of the hotel 😉 I truly recommend this hotel!!!!

There's no space to dry towels or beachwear in the room. The balconies don't allow for it and there's no dryer in the room.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Unfortunately the apartments are above the bars so a little noisy at night if you have young children but the reception staff immediately found us an alternative room which was perfect. The choice of meat on the buffet was not great quality some nights but there was a very large selection of dishes to choose from. It's a shame the pool isn't heated as too cold to swim when we were there.

I have already filled one of these out. The staff are brilliant and the hotel is in the perfect location, have been several times in the past. The real issue is the lack of space in the rooms and some without balconies.

As above with a location that beautiful it's such a shame to be seriously crammed into the hotel rooms. And as a UK traveller we can never book into the smaller accomodation on site, it's only ever the hotel. How do you book the apartments? It's impossible.
