Staff were so lovely from the receptionists, cleaners, waiters, animation staff, they were all great. Very family friendly hotel. Pools are really nice, plenty of sun beds, room is very spacious, everything is very well looked after. Waterpolo matches were really good fun to watch. Sea views Our flight wasn’t until 6pm so they let us use the common areas and pool towels until we had to leave, so we managed to have an extra day of holidays!

The music on the big pool one day was absolutely dreadful and annoying. There is no bath in the bathroom, only shower so it makes it a bit more difficult with a baby. You need to pay parking as extra. I wouldn’t go without kids as it’s full of children.

Beautiful hotel, not far from the airport so you can start enjoying your holiday as soon as possible. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and there was even a bottle of champagne waiting in our room!! We all loved the pool areas, nice music and two bars either side, plenty of sun loungers. The best part for me was the food. So many options and the quality was exceptionally good. Also, loved the evening entertainment and the spa. I had a full body massage and facial ad it was amazing.

The accommodation layout was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. We stayed just before half term and that week was great, they had sunbeds , you could pick where you wanted to sit in the restaurant and the pool wasn’t to busy. It changed completely when half term started. The entertainment was good in the evenings, the room was cleaned everyday. Would definitely come back but not when schools are off. Taxi to airport is about €30 , taxi to town and Siam we’re about €6-9. Would definitely visit plays las vista beach over the others in the area.

There was nothing we didn’t like about it but I wouldn’t come back in half terms. It gets far to busy and crowded. We had a pool view room and sunbeds were getting reserved from about 7, the staff were cleaning round it and people were putting towels down so there’s no rules about reserving. If you get there after 8:30 you’ll be lucky to find a space. Restaurant got packed aswell and had to queue for table. Luckily we had first week of holiday without half term or we wouldn’t have liked it as much.

nice welcoming hotel. Very good spacious and clean apartments. nice big leisure pool and smaller child pools. good pool bar. all inclusive food was very good and varied, our first time as all inclusive. . amazing weather in October! not too hot and never chilly.

all inclusive was generally very good. but the wine, coffee and fruit juice was awful. stick to the free beer, cocktails and soft drinks. also our first time to Tenerife and were a bit taken back at how run down. most of the surroundings were. clearly the developers ran out of cash so whilst the hotel is great, if you walk down to the beach (25 mins) you are walking through abandoned building sites.

Swimming pool, clean facilities, breakfast was really good, comfortable beds, good tv channels. Friendly staff across the resort.

People smoking next door meant that we couldn't sit on the balcony. Very bright blue light flashing in bedroom and upstairs room (smoke detector) which disturbed sleep. Needs proper curtains upstairs (rather than just net)- lots of light coming in so hard for kids to sleep. Could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen. Note that the slides in the hotel are only for under 10s. Bit tricky to get a sunbed if you dont get there before 9ish.

Was my 4th time at gran oasis and I have already booked for Feb 2026. I have been coming each feb half term for the last 4 years and brought some friends this time that have also booked for next year. We like the hot weather in Feb when it's freezing back in the UK. The hotel is very clean and the staff are nice if you are nice to them. We always go B&B and pay for all inclusive on the days we feel like staying around the pool what works out to be £100 for 2 adults and a child. Happy they have upgraded things every year I have been back and look forward to what you got next year. The food was very very good. The 4 kids that were with us loved the place.

The hotel is quite far away from everything so you need a car. (I'm fine with it but others won't be "maybe') I feel they should not change for the car park or at least give it free to returning customers like myself who have been coming for years. There are loads of steps but also loads of walkways hills. Once you work them out, it's fine and never bothered me. Food was great other than snack bar where you should get covers for food as flys get on them. 2 beds come with sun deck. For some reason this year the little hut from the sun deck has gone, this needs to come back please as a little shade from time to time up there is needed.

The staff are amazing. They always appear happy and delighted to serve and help. The apartments are gorgeous and very clean. The vegetation with palm trees and other exotic plants really make you think that you are in an Oasis. The foam party was great fun.

Small issue really but the wine on tap wasn't great . Some weeks the food was really good others not as good but overall fine. A lot of zucchini and aubergine on the menu in various forms everyday and not appetising.

I recently stayed here at Gran Oasis Resort, 4-star hotel in Tenerife and had an excellent experience. My room was incredibly spacious, set over two floors with not one but two balconies, offering fantastic views and plenty of space to relax. The room also featured a well-equipped kitchen, which I didn’t use as I opted for the all-inclusive package, an excellent choice as the food was great (loads of fried items, but plenty of other choices). The staff was exceptional across the board, from the friendly and professional reception team to the attentive bar and dining room staff. The animation team was also outstanding, keeping guests entertained with a variety of fun activities throughout the day and evening. Also the hotel have a small gym and a gaming room with few pool tables. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway, making it accessible for exploring the island. However, it’s on the edge of the city, so it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the town center or the beach. There’s also a free shuttle service, but it only runs once a day, which is a slight drawback. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic stay with great amenities and service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy Tenerife in style and comfort! Family or as a couple.

Despite the all inclusive package, not all the drinks from the bar menu were included (roughly only 25%). Didn't like to see wine on draft (beer style). Also a really week internet for a 4* hotel (around 5/8Mgbt Download and 4/5Mgbt Upload)

Staff lovely. Beds are so comfortable. Great all-inclusive. Great set up for the swimming pool. Litterly great spot if you just want to relax and not have to go out much. The bar is great, food and drink all day. Restaurant have a big range of breakfast, lunch and dinners to choose from. Views are lovely from balcony (choose golf view). My kids loved it. Games in the pool daily and foam party on Wednesdays. Games room.

Need a taxi to go down to the shops/restaurants/bars outside the complex unless you like long walks, but it is very cheap for taxi, 5 mins down to the busy area only and taxis regular outside hotel. I like to watch football, but there is no screens to watch on (not a big deal to most). Not much else to complain about.

Staff all lovely. Food delicious and varied. So pleased to see Renate still working there. Ten years ago we owned an apartment - in the name of Halloran - and came with our two children for 7 consecutive years. Plus lots of other family members staying in hotel accommodation. Renate was the heart of Gran Oasis 10 years ago and so energetic and full of life so we are so pleased to see she still is working there. Bathrooms updated and absolutely fantastic showers.
