It was very clean and super friendly staff. The apartment was big and the terrace beautiful. There is even a place to wash your clothes. The location is on top of the hill but gives a good evening stroll after dinner. Pool area was nice too.

Quite pricey for the this style of apartment/hotel. We had an apartment on the lower floors and it was a bit noisy as just next to the kitchen.

To begin with, there was a very friendly and nice woman at the reception who explained everything clearly. The accommodation was very very clean and beautiful, the view from the balcony is worth it. It was very nice to have a welcome drink available until 6pm at the pool bar. In the evening, the saxophonist played and sang for the guests. Since our door opened directly to the pool, we enjoyed his singing. The balcony had two sunbeds and an umbrella as well as a table and chairs where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a stunning view. We had a car and we parked it right outside the hotel. There were two towels for each person (larger and smaller), as well as one large blue towel specially for visiting the pool. The kitchen had everything for cooking. Coffee machine, microwave oven, oven (but it either didn't work, or we didn't figure out how to turn it on correctly). We 1000% recommend this hotel, we would be happy to come here again.

No cons, only pros.

This aparthotel feels and looks very new. We liked the space in our 2-bedroomed unit, it was plain and functional rather than luxurious but had everything we wanted. Nice balcony overlooking the town and out to sea/cliffs. Swimming pool very pleasant. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. We liked the location high up above the town as it is quiet and away from the mostly dreadful bar music and various live singing.

Personally not keen on memory-foam mattresses on beds as I find them hot. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 - this was not great for us as we like to get up and get out to make the most of holidays. It also means that there is a bit of a rush as lots of people clearly want to get in when it starts and this makes it busier than it needs to be. Parking in the terraces near the hotel is a a bit of a lottery and we had to walk quite a long way with luggage on the day we arrived. Some bits of Los Gigantes are OK (the harbour and the Santiago walkway) but we didn't think much of the rest of it as it is tired and scruffy.

Light, bright apartment. Good size balcony that got the sun midday onwards. Lovely pool and nice bar area. Very friendly bar staff and the maids did such an excellent job as the room was kept spotless. Easy walk down to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Sunshine every day in February. We loved Ale Hop down by the harbour. Loved the hibiscus and greenery by the studio apartments and restaurant area..

Breakfast although very tasty and lots of choice, felt quite expensive so we only did it once. Allow more time for airport trip. The 40 minute journey took over 2 hours both ways. Top tip would be to ask for a studio or apartment away from the 2 bed apartments as walls are thin and noise of 4 people especially little ones carries! And would recommend a top floor apartment so you won't be overlooked by the upper floors.

On arrival after delayed flights we were delayed getting to our room by a very chatty receptionist. We arrived at 9.40hrs not told bar closes at 10pm. We really fancied a glass of wine and something to eat. Lady told us at bar sorry closed, (9.50) I begged for 2 glasses and some crisps as we had nothing to eat since brekfast. As I had pre warned the hotel of our late arrival it would have been a wonderful touch to have something available for us to eat. Breakfast 15 euros Nobody seemed to be having it. No welcome tray, not even a tea bag.

Staff friendliness and hard working - specially at reception, Paula and Vladimir! Cleanliness of all areas , rooms cleaned even if we slept until late Pool lovely warm water from early hours as the sun hits directly Amazing views - balconies are just beautiful Good at the restaurant was great - very impressed! Normal check out but we’re able to stay in the pool area until late It was my birthday and they did something for me - thank you so much 😊

Temperature in the room difficult to regulate as air con doesn’t circulate well due to shape of room. Noisy aircon turning and off. Vent in toilet would be nice but not mandatory Breakfast could a bit better but acceptable and better than many restaurants

This hotel was more than just a hotel. It was wonderfull place for wonderfull holidays. Employees of this hotel were so smart and tried to solved and solved all our needs. Room cleaning every day was perfect and I cannot say any negatives on this hotel. Hotel has no own parking, but there was no problem to park on the street just in front of the hotel. We really enjoied our stay and if we will return to Tenerife, I will not try to find any other hotel. Thank you.

There is nothing to say. Everything was just a perfect. Maybe the location, as it is quite far from the beaches and resorts (night life). Hotel is situated on the hill, but for young people this should not be a problem :).

Nice rooms and spacious with beautiful view, big balcony. Good location in Los gigantes, you can easy reach area attractions. Good daily cleaning, we got clean towels daily. You can find free parking easy near the hotel. The pool is nice and big with beautiful view.

Breakfast wasn’t varied and items weren’t refilled after they were finished. Plates who weren’t clean, dirty of eggs placed on the clean plates area…left us a bad taste so we only had breakfast on the first morning. The coffee is really bad. The breakfast is not good value for the money (not for paying extra 15 euros) The pool is closing early, at 9 PM. We wanted to go to the pool around 12 AM for one of our friends birthday with champagne glasses and they informed us that the pool is close and we are not allowed to bring our beverage in that area. We run out of shower gel and toilet paper and they didn’t refill.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Klayman Diamond Aparthotel. The best thing was without any doubt the private balcony with sea and sunset views, we loved having breakfast and dinner there when we were not out and about exploring the island. The apartment was clean, spacious, with a large smart TV, and the access to the pool was also great on days that we didn't feel like leaving the hotel.

There were only a couple of minor things that could have made the stay better, 1) it's a shame the kitchen did not come equipped with some basics such as olive oil, salt and pepper or a chopping board/capsule coffee machine. Everything else was great and we used the kitchen nearly every day. 2) we knew the property came without parking and as per the other reviews, we can confirm that finding it on the street is very easy, we never had any issues. However, it would have made our stay more relaxing if we had a secure spot within the property, especially on days when we had a lot of things to carry and had to do it uphill.

Klayman Diamond is an amazing place to stay when visiting Tenerife. We booked an Apartment with a nice Balcony. With Sea views and also the awesome views of the Los Gigantes mountains , it has a superb pool with a bar , and nice Restaurant with Room Service. The receptionist was quite helpful for arranging trips for Dolphin & Whale watching, Tiede etc. The location is close to supermarkets , restaurants , sunset views , natural Pools . Parking is free on the same street with plenty of places. We had a great time and would definitely come back /recommend !
