despite going all inclusive there were plenty of food choices,nothing exciting but never went hungry. Rooms were comfortable if not a little outdated... The pool area is nice and clean but sunbeds are very uncomfortable in fact some guests were placing inflatable sunbeds on top b4 laying down. Staff were very friendly location is very central to the town and 5 mins walk to the nearest beach, although it's the best beach,think black volcanic sand and rocks.

Downside is at the snack area if ur sitting eating or drinking smokers seem to think it's a free for all to light up,they should have a designated smoking area for smokers NOT THE POOLSIDE SNACK BAR. The days of couples having to have 2 single beds pushed together are long gone but seem to persist here and are not helped by a shiny tiled floor

The hotel was located very centrally and was perfect for the purpose of my stay. The beds were very comfortable and hard which was a nice change compared to other hotel beds. I did not use my balcony much but it had a great view.

In general I enjoyed everything but the shower was not perfect as water got all over the bathroom floor when used. The Air condition was not on when I arrived so the room was very hot, also the air condition was only on when a card was inserted into the card slot in the room.

The restaurant was very good and the meals were tasty. The rooms were cleaned every day and overall the hotel was very nice. At the reception were no problem with English and we also rent a car there through the company they recommended. Good location, near the center and sea. Air-conditioning were working, but since we were there in the November, we had mostly opened windows rather.

There were small shortcomings in the rooms but nothing that cannot be solved with the staff. The rooms which are oriented to the street has to count with some noise from cars.

Good location, few steps away from the sea, nice restaurants and 1 min from Mercadona. Spacious rooms with nice balcony. Very nice price according to the area. Would return.

A bit outdated in general, the hotel, furniture, toilet, however the prices were ok according to the other hotels. Food at breakfast could be changed during the days. Please note that the area doesn’t have sand beach nearby.

Big, comfortable room. Lovely balcony to sit in. Lovely and helpful staff. Small but very convenient gym. Breakfast had plenty of options - overall a very nice hotel.

The room could have at least a kettle for some coffee/tea. Pool area wasn’t too comfortable.

The hotel is amazing, great location only a few minutes walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, The food is good and alot of choice so suitable for everyone. The staff are absolutely incredible at this hotel, so friendly and helpful. There are snacks around the pool too in the day! Would highly recommend.

The pool area was very small for such a large hotel, if you didn’t get a spot early then you wouldn’t be in the sun

The shower. Shop was never open. Tour booking guide never seemed to be available. Sunloungers needed updating
