The staff were very friendly. The pool and all day entertainment was super. Breakfast was fantastic but the evening buffet not so good. The room was spotless with a great seaview and the bed was so comfy with lovely big pillows.

We asked for a double bed and we were told we could have this but we would be on the first floor and Lise our sea view. The buffet dinner was a bit disappointing.

Coffee from the machines during breakfast was absolutely undrinkable. Very, very bad.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a last-minute cancellation by another property, I was forced to book this hotel only 4 days before my trip. Upon arrival, I received an upgraded room, which had an exceptional ocean view and gave me access to the rooftop patio.

Parking near the property was very limited. The onsite parking is convenient and costs €15 per day. However, onsite parking was unavailable for one of the nights and I had to park in a garage about 10 minutes away, which was much more expensive. Our shower was poorly designed. The drain could not keep up with the flow, and since there was no barrier on the floor of the walk-in shower, water sheeted off the end and flooded the bathroom. I notified the front desk and maintenance addressed the issue right away. Drainage was improved, but it was still difficult to shower without spraying water all over the bathroom floor.

Very good breakfast, a wide selection of various foods. We really like location. very nice two big balconies with beautiful view. It was really large and comfortable bed.

Bathroom really needs renovation. the floor tiles are cracked, and the edges of bathtub are chipped. It was impossible to find any free sunbeds by the pool.

Beautiful, very clean and well-located hotel. I have been to many 4 star hotels but for a 4 star one this one is excellent. There was a buffet breakfast and the receptionists and restaurant staff were amazing. The interiors are very spacious and our room had a beautiful view and a balcony too.

Fantastic hotel. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the view from our room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff was very helpful, we would like to thank Carla from the reception desk. We also liked the flamego show, in the evening.

Everything was excellent , we have stayed here many times , but Fergus have updated the hotel very well , all new refurb rooms and facilities. Food excellent and staff were all very good .

It was very busy indeed , trying to get a sunbed by the pool was very difficult .

Close to bus service , and the courtesy bus was so helpful.

A little too busy with school teenage parties, but they were all well behaved .
