Excellent breakfast choice. A sitting room with a small fridge, and a kettle. Set in between Sa Coma and Cala Millor. Very pleasant staff, a calm atmosphere within the hotel. A lovely hotel in a quiet setting,we really enjoyed our stay.

Milk pods and a teaspoon would be useful in the room, when making tea or coffee. The door handle at the reception toilet,was inclined to stick.Signage to advertise your hotel outside could be improved on. These are just small issues, otherwise a wonderful stay.

The size of the hotel was perfect for us. It was quieter than expected for early August but that was ok. 6 mins walking to the beach, with a mini golf and a horse/pony riding business and a spar enroute. The staff had water aerobics and yoga and water polo when we were there.

Waiting in line at one cooking station in the restaurant for a fried egg. They were there prepared but we were expected to line up and wait our turn to collect what we wanted. This took a while as some people were requesting different things, like pancakes or eggs to be cooked to their liking. Eventually, as there was a tray of eggs prepared which looked fine to me, I excused myself, grabbed one and off I went to enjoy my breakfast. So I recon they could leave this already prepared food some where more accessible. Other than that, we had a lovely one night stay there.

Quiet but big pool area, plenty sun loungers, good food selection, close to beach if wanted, quiet area but very pleasant, staff helpful, entertainment staff very friendly, rooms big, lovely balcony (in pool view rooms)

Some rooms should probably be called "partial" pool view, pity big bar off reception not open anymore, whilst clean the complex could do with fresh carpets and a bit of a paint freshen up

- breakfasts are monotonous, although I understand that this is standard in almost all hotels; - unfortunately, swimming pool is open only from 10pm till 6pm.

The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean and cool and I slept very well .The breakfast and evening buffet was very good with good selection of fresh foods including fish chicken pork and beef etc.lovely location a short walk to the beaches of sa coma and Cala Millor

Very nice a smaller hotel with great food. We had breakfast and dinner, that was quite enough. There's one pool and animators can make some competitions, dance and fun . Rooms are comfortable and bigger, clean, team Rosella is very kind and friendly. We lost a very nice time in this hotel in Mallorca.

This hotel is not directly on the beach, that takes us so 15 minutes walking.

Hotel is well situated abou 500 mt from the beach but in a quiet place. Swimming pool always clean Staff super kind and very carefull to every need Rooms are big and clean You can ask towels for swimming pool and beach for free. The hotel is in a great location in Kandy. it's just a few minutes by tuk tuk from the city center. The place is very quiet, you can hear birds chirping in the morning. Great architecture of the villa, very nice common area and dining room. Very hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the hostess took into account everyone's taste. The owners offered better transport prices. If we could we would rate 11 from 10

The hotel was really good honestly, it had everything we needed and whatever we didn’t have they handed it over to us politely after asking. The staff were pleasant, they came clean every day of our stay and we had a peaceful vacation overall.

If I had to point out any bad or negative thing, I would say it’s a bit far from the main ‘attractions’ of the island or main towns. Car is a must.

On arrival Staff very friendly and helpful on reception desk. Beautiful pool and patio area, very clean, plenty of comfortable sun beds. Gardens well maintained to a very high standard. We booked a Junior suite which was huge in size and overlooked the pool and garden, room lovely and clean, our air con wasn’t working on arrival but it was quickly resolved by hotel maintenance. bathroom clean, shower powerful and water hot, lovely soft fresh smelling towels. Amazing breakfast, loads of choice including champagne, wow what a treat!!

Booking.com states there was a mini bar in room, in Spain this means small fridge containing nothing, complimentary bottles of water were supplied. There was an electric kettle in the room but no tea and coffee making facilities, very odd, not sure of it’s use. Evening dinner disappointing not a lot of choice, we struggled to put a meal together and couldn’t tell what meat you were eating or anything as all descriptions were in Spanish.
