The hotel is in a great location, which made our stay very convenient. It has been recently renovated both outside and inside, and we were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and modern it looked. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless, and from our window we even had a partial view of the sea – a lovely bonus! The water pressure was always good, and the room stayed pleasantly cool day and night, which was perfect during the hot weather.

The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. The taste was a bit plain for me, and the juices seemed to be made from powder, which was surprising.

The hotel is a couple of minutes from the port and sea, just around the corner. Shops (some 24-hour) and takeaways opposite and around hotel. Restaurants around the hotel, too. Rooms have a balcony. Tasty breakfast. Very nice hotel staff, helpful always. Hotel have big swimming pool and chairs for relax. Bus stop 5 min from hotel. Comfy bed. Good for your short stay. The rooms have acclimatisation.

The hotel is a bit outdated - very simple layout of the room. No kettle and no fridge. I stayed only for 2 nights, but I missed these features, which in these days usually hotel have. The controller for television was broken but works. Very busy and bit noisy location (lot of tourists). I don't mind, but if you don't like too much noise, it can be an issue. Overall I had a good stay in this hotel. Thank you😀

The hotel staff were very helpful. All areas/rooms were well maintained and clean. We only had breakfast, which was OK, continental and simple hot breakfast items provided. The hotel is located towards the end of the resort, by the marina so you are not on top of all the bars and clubs, which were only a few minutes walk away. Would stay at the hotel again, as it was prefect for a quiet nights sleep but close enough to enjoy all of what S'Arenal has to offer. All of the restaurants were great, food, service, beers and cocktails.

We would have preferred an extra pillow, but the beds were clean, comfy, sheets and blankets provided. The hotel is a short walk up an incline so take care as the pavements have steps in them on one side of the road.

The location is very good, close to the beach and to a lot of shops and restaurants (some of them better than the other ones). The room was clean and looked recently renovated, but some parts still needed some improvement (the furniture looked pretty old, the walls and the ceiling could be cleaned / repainted). The view from the balcony towards the street and the sea was very nice. Friendly staff. Very good and diverse breakfast. The swimming pool looked nice, but I didn’t have time to try it as there are a lot of nice beaches everywhere in Mallorca.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking. However, on the street behind, Carrer de Costa is Llobera, it is possible to park without paying and it looks safe. Depending on your luck, you can find a parking place close to the hotel or further away, up the hill.

Great staff, the food and drinks were very good, and it wasn't very busy so I was always able to get a spot by the pool each day. The bed was comfortable and the A/C and ceiling fan were a great aid when the weather was over 30 degrees each day!

As the hotel is close to the sea front and my room in particular was facing the main road, it was very noisy at night and closing the balcony window didn't do much to help. It is not the fault of the hotel for the noise, and I was still able to sleep, perhaps if possible my room could be further from the main road.

Breakfast was great. The afternoon reception staff member friendly. The pool area was great and friendly lifeguard. Room was comfortable and aircon wasn't too noisy.

I had a street side room, which was very noisy for most of the day and night. Vehicle fumes an issue. The pool rules want you to shower before using the pool. I tried to, but the shower tap needs maintenance and you can't get under the shower without standing in a bush that needs cutting back. Lots of noisy building work going on next door...

Excellent hotel , conveniently situated near the beach and had a great pool. All the staff went out of their way to assist me . Excellent breakfast , catered for all . Plus there is a pool table and table tennis . 😊

The only fault I could find , was the noise from the road side of the hotel . If fitted with triple glazing , maybe that would cure the noise. Other than that it's a great place to stay .

Breakfast had a good selection and was nice. Good location, away from the busy tourist area.

The location was excellent, this close to the beach, shops and restaurants all around, for this price? Can't beat it!

As a solo female traveller I had some security concerns. The door didn't have a chain or latch of any kind. No peep hole. So when someone knocked on my door I had to either ignore it or open it completely unsecured. This made me very nervous as random people knocked on the door by mistake a few times. My bathroom door also didn't lock, which would have also made me feel safer.

The hotel looks modern, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Nice pool and pool area, good pool bar. Staff is friendly. Rich selection at the breakfast bar. Room large enough, with air conditioning.

Noisy area, I was visiting the same hotel last year and this year it felt even worse. Drunk people yelling at the night, driving mopeds and cars like crazy. If you close the balcony door then noise is tolerable, but then you need to keep AC on (which also makes annoying himming noise), because the air gets stale quickly. Room is missing rack to dry clothes. Wifi is paid (but have unlimited data package on phone solves that).
