Love it have stayed many times. The gentlemen who run the lobby area are just delightful. Kind curious and processional. The woman are quite defence but fine. They changed my booking due to my sister funeral and I was very grateful. They also upgraded me. I have stayed many times over the past 10 years.

I wish they had herbal tea in the lounge down stairs. I don’t drink coffee.

Room - the bed was very comfortable. The views from our room were amazing. Ample space in the wardrobe to hang clothes and the drawers and a shoe rack in the cupboard were an added bonus. The bathroom was well appointed, and the complimentary toiletries were of a high standard (usual products + hairbrush and razor kit). The room was spacious enough to have a dining area. The daily complimentary mini bar was much appreciated. Breakfast - the choices were incredible. I would say as many choices as on a cruise ship. Location - the hotel is conveniently attached to Terminal 21 shopping centre via an internal link (Fashion, Chain Stores, Massage, Nails, Dining, a supermarket and much more). The hotel is also attached to Asok Railway station. Staff - all staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The staff were dressed impeccably. Foyer - a large lounge area is available to sit in whilst waiting for taxis, etc. and it has complimentary tea/coffee and juice/water available. On check out, guests are able to leave their luggage with the Concierge until departure.

The only negative is that there is not a bar to purchase beer/wine/cocktails at the pool.

Extremely convenient location, with direct access to the BTS and the Terminal 21 mall. Great facilities, I went to the pool at 8am and it wasn't busy. Great services, the mango sticky rice (room service) was quickly brought up and delicious, and the laundry service was efficient. Friendly staff at reception and in the lobby. Large and open room, great view. I could hear noises from other guests when they were in the corridor right by my door, but it was otherwise quiet.

I struggled to find any of the entrances, as the main entrance didn't come up on Google Maps, and the entrance from within the mall wasn't clearly indicated. Staff working for the laundry service was not very proficient in English. The air conditioning was quite loud, even on the lowest setting.

This hotel was truly impressive — almost perfect in every way. The service was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient to hop onto either the MRT or BTS. On slow days, it was great to simply walk over to the mall, shop around, or grab a bite. For authentic and affordable Thai food, the famous food court inside Terminal 21 is a must-visit — delicious dishes, great prices, and so many options. The hotel itself offers a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. If you prefer to avoid crowds, you can easily spend your day inside enjoying the hotel’s facilities, with activities even for kids. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of tasty choices. The room was luxurious, featuring modern amenities like a high-tech bidet and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful city views. Free snacks and drinks in the room were a thoughtful touch that showed how much the hotel cared about guests’ comfort. Would definitely stay here again!

we stayed only 2 nights. we had 2 rooms (room for us with double bed & room with 3 single beds for the kids) with connecting door view from the 16 floor was amazing ! location was great , with entrance to the terminal 21 mall . staff was great ! had a pool , kids room with ps5 , playroom for the little ones , air hockey, 2 car simulators ...

for the amount we paid , to bad breakfast was not included. they asked additional 450 bat per person the light switch was difficult to find (especially the light near the door)

Location. Convenient for BTS & Train

1st night the aircond sound is noisy. Beginning the Technician said is like this due to air blown out from the compressor, etc etc. told him I have stayed in many hotels and it shouldn’t be like this. Later Hotel FD told us they will will change new room from 16th floor to 22th floor aircond sound so much better than the 1st night room. TQ

This hotel is absolutely outstanding. Possibly the best we have ever stayed in? The staff are wonderful, going above and beyond to meet every need. We thought we had lost our daughter's watch; unprompted by us they trawled back through CCTV since our check in to determine the time frame when it had been lost. We never needed to provide our room number to anyone (eg when arriving for breakfast) because the staff appeared to know who all the guests were - how they did this given the size of the hotel I have no idea. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are exceptional. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with new options each day. One of the best aspects for people travelling, is that you can use the pool and showers before you check in (if you arrive early like we did) and then again after you check out (which is wonderful if you have a late flight out of Bangkok and want to freshen up before going to the airport). Honestly, we can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Nothing (except maybe having to leave...)

The location of the property is excellent. Great connectivity to all modes of transport integrated almost into the hotel itself. The hotel is also connected to a mall so that makes food options and any last minute shopping a breeze. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the lobby is big and comfortable. The staff will do everything to make your stay memorable. We stay here over and over again and can’t think of any place else we’d rather go.

Fantastic location and lovely facilities. It’s connected to the shopping mall which means everything you need is all in one place. This includes the metro and BTS skytrain. So the hotel was extremely convenient!

I think compared to other hotels, I felt that some of their amenities were limited. For example, shower gels and shampoos were not always replenished - so I felt like I had to use the shampoos and shower gels sparingly not knowing when they will give me a new bottle.
