Good location, I was on the fifth floor and the bridge that took me to my room, I could see the beach from there. Easy to find location for taxis and food delivery drivers. I had the duplex suite, totally worth it. Downstairs toilet and seating area. Upstairs separate toilet and double enclosed shower, hot tub in the middle of the room, double sink basin, bed was facing the pool side, plenty of mirrors all around the suite. I had a drinks voucher to use at the bar, if you get them during your visit, use them, the mocktails are nice.

The net was a bit slow for apps that use heavy data, but it’s OK when I was connected with my laptop to do basic work tasks. The upstairs toilet did not have soap dispenser or mirror. These are very minor things and they have not affected my rating of this hotel. I would happily return and recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! Great location, clean rooms, super friendly and helpful front desk staff, the housekeeping ladies are lovely and patient, the security guards at the entrance are awesome, and the pool is fantastic.

‏The only small thing I’d improve — and it’s really a minor thing — is that the corridors on the room floors are open, so sometimes a few flying insects might get in if you don’t close the door quickly. ‏Other than that — the hotel is perfect, and I’ll definitely be back next year!

The location and staff were great. The hotel lobby and pool were good.

room facilities are old and some are broken. the curtains were noisy all of the time. The air-conditioning was not working properly and was too noisy too. Although I had to bring my luggage to the second floor, I didn't get any help since it was too heavy for someone with a heart problem. unfortunately, the price and conditions weren't a match for the 5-star hotel.

This hotel has been the best hotel I've stayed in for at least 12 months. I didn't even know about it until I saw a very reasonable price for a 5* hotel on booking.com. I'm so glad I booked a stay there. In fact, I ended up extending for a further night because I like the hotel so much. Didn't have the breakfast because I was getting up late after enjoying Song Kran in Pattaya so can't tell you about the quality. Room was breathtaking on first sight. Staff excellent. Facilities very good. Happy hour by the pool was good value also.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very central and close to everything. Great garage for parking your car.

My first room on the 5th floor had an air condition exhaust just on top of the roof over by bedroom making it impossible to sleep. I contacted the front desk at 3 am who promptly gave me another room on the 3rd floor to sleep in and on the morning I got a new room on the 5th floor without the noise. Quick and solution orientated staff!

Location. Cleanliness. Staff politeness. Very quiet and very good sleep considering in the heart of Pattaya town. No loud bars near by. Overall very nice. Excellent pool. The hotel was generous to give late check out, 2 hours without any quibble.

Could be modernised slightly. Quite expensive in comparison to other newer hotels further down in soi 2/3/4/5 etc. quite quirky rooms, positively and negatively. But really a nice pleasant stay

I liked everything about the Baraquda . There are no negatives. But the one thing that stood out was your staff . Very friendly very helpful .

I do remember staying in a hotel in Pattaya without one or two negatives or issues. Your the first . So keep up your amazing work I will be back .

Amazing service from all staff. Special recognition of lovely ladies at a desk which always smiled and provided exceptional service. Manager was great and was managing staff and property, I believe he was from Europe, but managing more locations then one. Hotel is slowly getting back to it’s old glory and 5 stars. Great pool area.

Hopefully they will reopen rooftop bar and a small bar on the side and refurbished little bit rooms, gym and corridors. However I need to recognize amazing improvement from before.

It second time I have been to Pattaya and when I go again, I will definitely stay at the barracuda location perfect the staff cannot fault nothing was too much trouble. I would say there were exceptional. Breakfast is good considering what you pay very reasonable.

Can’t fault it.

Location: optimal for us, everything was less than a 15min walk away, Staff: accomodating and did everything anytime when we asked for something Pool area: very relaxing and had enough space for everyone restaurant + bar: food/drinks tasted great

In some corners or underneath/on top of shelves it could have been a bit cleaner but far from dirty
