Great Hotel Exellent facilities. Great choice of food at all meal times. Beach is on your door step. Has a great spa would highly recombined a vist.

Booked a room with double bed when we arrived at had 2 singles. When we asked if they could sort it out they joined beds together. Not very comfortable. When asked if we could be given a different room they said they couldn’t. I think they could have done a bit more. We asked for a iron & ironing board we’re giving a broken iron which leaked all over our clothes which ruined some our clothes. When we requested a replacement they did send a new one without an apology.

Went to see the hotel nurse with my sick child. She said she would speak to the Hotel Dr. Hotel Dr advised that my son should go to the hospital for a drip and blood tests. My bill at this point was 240€ which the hotel nurse or Dr did not communicate. A further 200€ to see a second Dr at the hospital and it cost me 465€ in total to take my son to the Dr to get a 20€ prescription. Hotel was not up front or clear on these charges. Please be aware of visiting any hotel nurse or Dr and ask about all charges. Once at the hospital a further 2,500€ was requested for a drip and blood tests which I declined.

Room - Great! Air con worked a treat, cleaned every day and beds and bed linen were super comfortable. Buffet - Great and wide choice of food . My only criticism is that if you like your food hot, especially when it comes to the meat dishes, stews etc. then expect it to be more warm than hot and sometimes cold but then i guess that is what you have to expect from a buffet...unless you go at first sitting and then it is also very busy! Beach - Great! If you can book beds on the pier, especially the VIP section, it is an absolute must! Entertainment - evening and in the day...super!! Pool bar is fantastic! Staff are fantastic! Wellness Spa - amazing!!! Very professional and what a wonderful experience! Huge thanks to my masseur Ketut. She was awesome!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sirene Belek Hotel, mostly due to the amazing customer service and delicious food served at the buffet. The only drawback to our wonderful stay was that because we went during "winter" season, the outdoor pools were not heated. I think the baby/toddler pool should be heated all year round as babies need to be in warmer temperatures. But we used the indoor pool instead. Also the a/c was central air, meaning it was always set to warm despite warmer weather. So the rooms tended to be quite hot but of course cooler in the evening.

I like: beaches, facilities,food,environment, services, the suite (Lale suite) two rooms, they are located in the middle of resort, I didn’t stay inside the hotel. Safe places for families and children. My son’s iPhone was lost and found it in the reception, thank you for this.

Room service didn’t clean the room in perfect shape. In some nights, sound of music is inconvenient for whose who are sensitive when sleeping. By law, music may stay until 1am

Great location for golf courses and lots of activities going on if you wanted them for families and adults The staff in the restaurants were great and work so hard especially Nuri at the beach bar food was varied and fresh with different options every day we went to the Latin evening which was great fun

staff on reception were not particularly helpful when we checked in and on checking out didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay our room was lovely and spacious however in need of updating the air conditioning was very loud

We enjoyed our stay. Great choice of food. Lovely, spacious room. 25-30 min from the airport. A very nice hotel: not big, not small. Arman is the best massage therapist. Highly recommended. Anara is lovely too. Reception team is friendly and helpful. We loved the patisserie. Open 24 hours and their Turkish tea and pizza are superb! It's close to the Land of Legends, which we wanted to visit. We would like to come back!

Wifi is not reliable.

Absolutely stunning resort, probably one of the best I've ever stayed in, the grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The room was equally impressive, super comfortable memory foam bed! We had a family suite which has been recently renovated, it was massive and had everything we needed, including daily stocked mini bar with chocolate for the kids and a selection of drinks including beer. All the food we ate was delicious too. Big shout out to the housecleaning staff, they were super friendly every morning and cleaned the room to a very high standard.

Main downside, some of the staff let this place down. Mainly the guy at the pool bar with the star earring (didn't catch his name), but he was miserable! Serving beers with the cap still on and looking angry when he did it, just uncalled for and grated on us by the end of our stay. We ended up using the lobby bar more in the evenings the staff there were much friendlier. Also, the buffet restaurant was absolute chaos in the evenings! Worth noting too that it is mainly Russian guests at this hotel, majority of which were very rude especially during mealtimes, breaking queues and walking infront of people, but that's not the hotels fault.

One of the best "all-inclusive" resorts in the area! Staff, amenities, and activities for all ages were all top-class. One could never be bored here!!! Food was vast, with loads of options and cuisine varieties! Prepare to eat a lot of quality food! They have several pools and water slides.

The only thing i'd point out was that ground floor rooms were smelling a bit moldy and had lots of mosquitos. The staff provided us with a spray and everything turned out to be fine.

The staff were the heart of this resort. Their warmth , efficiency,and genuine care for guests were truly commendable . The resort itself was a haven of activity. Multiple swimming pools, both indoor and outdoors , catered to all ages. The entertainment team kept guests engaged with a variety of activities throughout the day. The dining options were plentiful, wit something to satisfy every palate. Overall our stay at sirene was a delightful surprise. The staff ,the facilities, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We definitely consider staying here again. Hotel recommended for travelers.
