Everything was perfect - location, room, staff, check-in, food tea/coffee, service, VIEW!!! Concierge Cem is fantastic, all people at the check in are fast, friendly and efficient. Executive room has the best view. Great stay as always!

On the negative side - Stella lounge was WAY too crowded at breakfast - too many people, not enough tables, lousy service because of the crowd. It would be great if families with kids (staying in apartments) had breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor, not in the executive Stella Lounge! Please. Also, the food could be a bit more various in the evening (6-8pm).

Room was great and upgraded by the manager. Very spacious however facing courtyard which was a pitty givent hat the hotel had a great bay view. I wish they offered of a price to get bay view.

- I made a reservation for terrace restaurant, surprisingly, it was not recorded neither by name nor by room number. - It could be great if such hotel offer shuttle or trasfer from the airport. - I hope they let the guest know if there is room vacancy with the Bay view so that they can choose. UnfortunatelyI was not aware that the other side of the hotel had such an amazing views, otherwise I would have definitely considered it.

The hotel is located close to Taksim Square which is convenient but far enough away from the crowds that flock to the area each night. From the moment we were greeted at the car to escort us to the lobby to when we checked out the staff interactions were highly professional and friendly. Our Bosphorus View Balcony room was beautiful and comfortable - perfect having spent 6 days at the start of our trip exploring Instanbul and on returning to the city we could enjoy the room and the other hotel features like the hammam in luxury with no tourist sightseeing pressures.

The cup of tea we ordered to drink in the lovely enclosed lobby balcony was terribly expensive...and no different to the excellent Turkish tea available throughout the country for much cheaper! We were also disappointed with the price quoted for an airport transfer with the cheapest option 189euro compared with a previous transfer arranged by another hotel for 45euro - in the same 6 seater minivan. We opted to book our own transfer through booking.com for a similar price to our previous journey.

We had a truly memorable stay at the 2-bedroom apartment — a perfect blend of comfort, thoughtful design, and outstanding service. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Sayit Taha, the concierge, whose professionalism, warmth, and prompt assistance made a lasting impression. His care for guests goes far beyond expectations. Special appreciation also goes to the exceptional housekeeping team, Ananda and Hemanta. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and consistently high standards kept our apartment spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and ideal for a family. The kitchen facilities were excellent — the stove worked perfectly and the washing machine and dryer were extremely convenient for a longer stay. One small suggestion: it would be even better with an electric or microwave oven for added cooking flexibility.

there was an unpleasant smell from the AC, which could be fixed from maintenance attention.

The breakfast was amazing! So many items, different hot options every day, delicious and great service. The location is just a 5 minutes walk to Taksim square and Istikal street, but if you want to take the tram to Sultanahmet you have to walk down very step steps. Coming back up was terrible until we discover the F1 ride up the hill from the tram stop. The suite we had was large with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, which was perfect for our family of 5 (got a roll away bed that was very comfortable.) Only issue is we could hear our neighbors and people out in the hallway, but it was mostly quiet enough. The staff were excellent at responding to messages online and very accommodating with requests. We would definitely stay here again!

We could hear our neighbors in the next room with a crying kid or their kid running around the hallways at all hours of the night. Not necessarily the hotels issue but the walls were a little thin, although no worse than most hotels around.

The suite was not located within the main hotel building as implied in the booking description. Instead, it required navigating multiple elevators and passing through the bar and lounge areas, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable for our family. During our 5-night stay, one of the two elevators was under maintenance, causing unnecessary delays and difficulty, especially with luggage and children. The prices for food, drinks, and even the minibar were extremely exaggerated, making basic amenities feel exploitative

Amazing hotel. We stayed in the apartment side of the premises. The room was great, the breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. The house keeping are lovely people and keep the rooms super clean and stocked up. Our house keeper Bojur was very nice and did a great job. We really enjoyed our stay and we were there for 7 days which made our experience so much better.

Only slight suggestions is to understand the facilities available a bit more at checkin as we didn’t realise this until the last days. Be mindful you need a shower cap for the pool. I would also suggest guided seating for breakfast as it can get quiet busy at peek times and people tend to take a 4 seating area for themselves which is hard to find somewhere if you travelling with more than 2 people. These are just small things, the hotel is still amazing and great service.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to say that their service remains as excellent as ever. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. I truly appreciated the early check-in and late check-out they offered me, which made my stay even more comfortable. However, there are a few things I hope they consider improving. Having a bidet in the bathroom would be a great addition, as it’s an essential feature for many travelers. Also, during my previous stays, they used to offer a nighttime turndown service, including small touches like a mini lotion or an eye mask, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, this service was no longer available.

The only real downside to my stay was the noise from the bar at night. It was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep peacefully. If they could find a way to reduce the noise levels, it would make the experience even better.

Location: The hotel’s location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Istanbul near Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city’s cultural highlights, shopping, and dining spots, while still offering a quiet retreat from the busy streets. Breakfast: Breakfast at CVK Park Bosphorus was outstanding. The variety and quality were top-tier — from freshly baked pastries and traditional Turkish dishes to made-to-order eggs and a wide selection of fresh fruits and juices. The service was attentive, and the ambiance elevated the entire experience. The Executive Lounge was another highlight — elegant and calm, with excellent refreshments, panoramic views, and staff who were always ready to assist with a smile. CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel more than delivered on its promise of excellence. From comfort and style to service and location, everything exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
