Outstanding location. Right in the heart of all major attractions. A lot of eateries on your doorstep.

No easy access with car.

I have noticed that the if you book directly from the hotel the price is lower than booking.com

Staff friendly , hotel is beautifully decorated . Very clean , received slippers , bathroom essentials were provided ,like hand soap, shampoo and bodywash, cotton butts as well. The shower was nice and big, powerful water pressure, which we loved ! Breakfast was nice and variety. Rooms were cleaned every morning. complimentary water was given each morning as well. Tram is nearby but can walk to most tourist attractions. Can take tram then metro for Asian side. Loads of restaurants nearby but try more further away , cheaper. Overall, we loved our stay and we would go back to the same hotel.

Our room faced the main road, very noisy but it does become quiet after midnight. The fridge was not as cold as it should have been. Even though breakfast was nice , it would have been nice to get freshly fried eggs. The room was not light up nicely , broken light by door.

Great location, walking distance to main attractions in the old city (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, bazar). A lot of shops, coffee places, restaurants in the area.

Not so well noise insulation, we heard everything that was going on the streets. And the Turkish drivers honk a lot! A special negative feedback for the Sales Manager Mr. Deniz GÖRGÜLÜ BEKTAŞ who failed to understand a simple error in reservation (that Booking eventually fixed - thumbs up for Booking on the matter) and had a very not client oriented attitude. If it wasn't already fully paid in advance, I would choose another hotel.

The location is perfect in the heart of sirkeci .A few steps away from the tram station and spices Bazaar . Everything you need can be reached by walk. It was clean, the staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent , fresh and delicious with a lot of varieties, the breakfast supervisor welcomed us every morning with a cheerful and smiley face(forget his name)

The room was too small, the toilet too, towels were too old, soundproof between other rooms were too weak.lighting to be improved we asked for an iron and they said we don't have . Although it's a 4 star hotel. I would like to mention something about booking.com during the reservation.They offered me a FREE AIRPORT TAXI but I didn't get anything, then they asked me to provide an invoice for the transportation fees and I did but I am still waiting for their response.

with slanting roofs on top floor showers were average in 2 rooms 606/607. 605 was fine. Rooms could do with a chair in the room

The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were quite clean. The hotel is pretty central, so you can hear the horns but not enough to be bothered. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was of great quality. Because the hotel is centrally placed, practically everything is within walking distance, and it is close to the tram stop, making it easy to get anywhere. In short, we were really delighted with our stay.

The bathroom could have been a little larger, but we expected that when we booked the room, so it wasn't a major concern for us.

If you plan on having breakfast here it's well stocked with a variety of options, but the highlight of the breakfast is the amazing floor manager ESEF who will great you in your language. ESEF providers a great atmosphere for breakfast experience and is always willing to provide you with fresh coffee and just the level of service for breakfast was unmatched. It was an experience without him. Overall, the staff here are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They are the reason we are giving it such high reviews and of course the centralized location to the metro, tram, ferry, bazaars and other areas. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels within Istanbul and this has by far been the best for breakfast, location, and service.

The rooms are rather small so be prepared to have your luggage on top of your bed to get around. This was the only downside to the hotel as the room space was so tight we requested a better room and on the 3rd day it was provided.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the warm welcome, the comfort of the rooms. A special thank you to Mr. Essed, the breakfast chef, for his kindness, professionalism, and the quality of the food served every morning. It was truly a pleasure to start each day with such attentive service and a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The only downside was the noise from the street, as my room had a city view. I could hear car horns and traffic

This hotel is situated in a superb location, conveniently close to tram and metro stations. The breakfast provided is excellent, and I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Assad for creating a cheerful atmosphere and being incredibly helpful at all times. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my visit in April, the weather was satisfactory, although the air conditioning required daily attention. I am uncertain if this situation persists during the summer or if it is limited to specific weather conditions.
