Great location. Right across the Tram T1 Sirkeci station and T6 Sirkeci station which is also entrance to the Marmaray. Walking distance to Eminonu piers for ferry to Asian side and for Bosphorus Tour. Plenty restaurants and food stalls around. Good hot water for shower. Warm bath room floor. Good air conditioning both for cooling and heating. 20% discount at Mado restaurant at ground floor. Nice sea view to Galata Port, first Bosphorus Bridge and Uskudar as we stayed in the Sea View room in the corner.

WiFi sometime up and down but not really a problem for us as we have travel modem for wifi. Lack of channel in English on TV. A bit noisy as the location is right at the hustle and bustle Sirkeci

It was located just right where you can go around the area and easily find a place to eat or visit during the day and night. The staff is very friendly and super attentive. Breakfast was very good as well. It is located near the Bosforus river and by the metro station.

This place is completely hidden. It was really hard for us to find the exact location for the entrance, and since we arrived at night, it was more difficult. Even the taxi cab had the same issue. We also asked for an iron in advance, and they told us they didn't have any.

Right in the middle of the Old City, Basillica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, and Blue Mosque are 2 stops away on the T1 tram, which is right outside the hotel. Egyptian Bazaar is 5 min walk away, access to ferry's to take you to Asian side and up the Bosphorous. Breakfast was SUPERB! Great views and great staff. Great place to explore the Old City part of Istanbul. Public transport access is close enough to get to on foot and explore the rest of what Istanbul has to offer.

Building might be older to some travelers, don't expect lavish luxury. She's rough around the edges but has a lot to offer in terms of location.

The staff was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent and close to all the tram, port, metro and all the prominent tourism locations. Pharmacies, restaurants and money exchangers are downstairs or in the same area.

Excellent location across the road from the metro and tram. Within walking distance to all tourist attactions and the ferries. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Loved the baklava!

Oats and nuts would be good a breakfast. Cluttered stairwell - safety issue.

This has to be the most appropriate place to stay for tourists. Walking distance to key locations (restaurants, tram, port, etc). Saves you a lot of time from navigating. Breakfast buffet was okay. All of the staff were nice.

The bidet was oddly angled. Never hits the spot! :)

The location was perfect to get to for the old town sights, the Bosphorous cruise, Taksim Square, Galata Tower, Grand Bazaar and even the Historia Shopping Mall. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and even though the hotel was in a busy location the noise didn't disturb.

Accessing the floors via the lift in the ground floor shop was awkward. Breakfast wasn't great, as limited on choice of hot food. Not all staff spoke English so was difficult to communicate.

The staff was very humble and cooperative. The location was good. Everything was nearby. The food points were all nearby. Everything was at walking distance. Excellent location.

The hotel was not clean. They need to focus on cleaning of room. The rooms were overly priced as they were not that levish. Also they need to improve the breakfast menu. The items included were not good and tasted bad.

Great location. Great staff, everyone very helpful. Jamila our housekeeper, watched out for us, and made sure we have enough bottled water every day. We checked out at 4am, even in the middle of the night, there were people helping us with taxi to the airport.
