Location: Very central, very close to all of the main Attraction. See View: They have nice see view rooms. Restaurant: Food was fresh and tasty. In your free time you can enjoy free coffee. It is provided in the room. Price: Price was comparatively logical and reasonable. Staff: They were friendly and informative. Almost everyone knows English. Overall Highly recommended 👍🏼

Some small things they can focus little bit as like toilet flash box was broken and not cleaned. Room glass (to watch outside) was not cleaned.

We were staying on the city view side and it was really nice. The hotel was clean and the stuff was very helpful the moment you call them. All the attractions are walking distance from the hotel, but the area is extremely crowded.

During winter the heating system will be switched off when you leave the room, means you will come back to the freezing room after the walk. Just ask for the blockator at the reception, it will fo the trick. Breakfast could be a bit better.

The location is very nice, close to the tram, restaurants and shopping and it is in a special tourist area. The staff were very friendly (Erdina and Mustafa). They provided me with everything I needed and were very friendly. It will be the hotel that I return to constantly and I recommend it to everyone.

Rooms are so clean and so many spaces, centre of everything, close to shops , transport and restaurants and so many attractions . Breakfast was really nice .

Great location, exceptional view through the window. Reception staff - wonderful: sweet, helpful, polite. Breakfast options - plentiful and good. The room had everything necessary.

I wish the price was a bit lower and the cleaning staff did a bit better job.

Location is perfect. The area is very lively right next to a tram station and a lot of stores, cafés, and restaurants. The space is nice especially for a family and the suites have a great view on the sea.

Cleanliness can be a little better. I stayed two times. The second time the rooms had a bad smell at first might be due to poor plumbing or something but it went a way after 15 minutes.

We loved the location, it's very close to everything,the sea view is outstanding.The staff was amazing especially Zafer ,Mustafa and Yonis ,they were so helpful and polite.

There was an issue with cleaning, it is poor there .The first two nights the room was clean,but the last four days it was bad , the bathroom and room floor were not clean. Another thing regarding breakfast,it wasn't rich , they should add more things.Also if they are out of scrambled eggs they don't make another eggs so you have to go early in order to find what you want to eat.

Location opposite the Bosphorous. Lot's of activity,busy Not far from the Grand bazaar. Walkable to Taksim square for the very fit people.

Again limited knowledge if English amongst staff.

The staff were amiable. Mustafa went the extra mile to ensure our stay was impeccable. Our room was upgraded, and his suggestions for sightseeing were accurate. Highly recommend it 👌
