Very good location, close to metro and tram. Lots of good shops nearby (you don't even need to go to the Egyptian or Grand Bazaar, there were even more local shops nearby). The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. I recommend the sea view rooms, it was very nice. Water, coffee and tea are always replenished in the rooms. There is a refrigerator and a safe. Cleaning was done every day and all towels were replaced with clean ones. The employees were all very friendly, helped with suitcases and getting on the shuttle to the airport. The hotel can also arrange a transfer and some city tours at a nice price.

The hygiene kit is given only once, on other days we had to buy shampoo ourselves, there are also no slippers. It is important to note that opposite the building there is a tower from where the prayer is started at 5 in the morning.(It is common at Istanbul, but maybe in other areas you will hear it less). Breakfast could be better, as for Turkey I would say it was poor. There are no fruits. generally just cheese, sausage, eggs, some vegetables, fries, cheese sticks and bread.

We have excellent 7 nights stay in Glamour Hotel. Yunus and his colleagues are warm, nice and helpful. We booked the luxury sea view room (rm 702), the view is great and totally worth for it's price, the windows face to Golden Horn Bay and Bosphorus strait, you can enjoy your beer with sunset/sunrise in your room. I posted a picture from window. Breakfast is good, I like their fresh vegetables, honey cake and simit. If you didn't get rm 702, you also could get great sea view in breakfast restaurant in morning. Hotel location is good, 2 mins walking to Tram station, and easy connect to other bus station or metro line. You can easy find many restaurants and deserts around this hotel. Warning: don't choose Antep Kabeb restaurant, although they locate 1 min away from Glamour. It's a trap restaurant for tourists with horrible service , poor food and cheating price. Don't miss Yeni Mosque, just 10 mins walking from Glamour. Yeni Mosque not famous like Hagia Sophia or Blue Mosque, but the interior of mosque is very beautiful - equal with Blue Mosque.

Wifi in room is not good, I have to use my cell phone as Hotpoint if I want to access internet in room. It's a small lowlight, but I will still choose Glamour for next stay in Istanbul.

The staff was friendly, and the view from the breakfast area overlooking the Bosphorus was amazing. In terms of cleanliness, the housekeeping staff regularly changed towels and disposed of trash without needing to be prompted.

Our stay at this hotel did not fully live up to the high rating it had. The noise from neighboring rooms was an unpleasant surprise, making it feel like we were all in one large room. The toilet tank constantly malfunctioned, and the bathroom fan did not work at all. In terms of cleanliness, the room fell short of expectations - the bathroom grout and tiles were dirty and the bathroom door too. The room we booked appeared more spacious in photos than it actually was.

The room is very large, with a very nice view from the top. We had the sea view room, at the 7th floor. Also quite from the city noise. The staff was friendly, and helpful.

A lot of scratches on the furniture, the light in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling, the isolation around the bathtub was not looking very good. Definately not 4 stars and a bit overpriced.

The location very closed to everything and walking distances only about 10min to attraction places. Been to istanbul with my mom and stay at this hotel for 8 nights and choose room with view. At first, meet up with kassim and he give me 4th floor ( sea view) and after 2 days stay - he give us another room which on 6th floor which the view from that room better tham before. My mom really love the room and best part it's next to mosques.. and can see ferry cross the sea and also galata tower! Breakfast also good at 7th floor with sea view.. super nice and hope we can stay at this hotel again for next trip 😊

My recent stay at this hotel was noteworthy for its cleanliness and very nice hospitality. The staff were notably helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop view was amazing. I chose a “no view” room, fully aware that it would not offer any outside scenery. It did not have a real window to the outdoors. This choice was made with budget considerations in mind, and I was completely content with the value I received for the price paid. In summary, the cleanliness, excellent service, and value for money made my stay at this hotel very satisfactory. Despite the lack of a view, the positives greatly outweighed this minor detail. I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a clean, friendly, and affordable place to stay.

The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. With all major attractions within walking distance, I was able to effortlessly immerse myself in the rich cultural tapestry of Istanbul. The convenience of having excellent transportation options readily available further enhanced the accessibility to explore the city with ease. I must extend my gratitude to Mr. Kasim, the receptionist who left an indelible impression on me with his exceptional service. His willingness to go above and beyond to assist and advise us made our stay truly memorable. Mr. Kasim's knowledge of the area and his genuine enthusiasm to help guests navigate their way through Istanbul added a personal touch that made us feel valued and cared for

Perfect location for tourists with plenty of food places open 24hrs a day. Safe location with multiple traffic and tourism police patrolling and taxi rank/metro station is around the corner.
