Location is good, right between Aksaray metro station and Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet along the Tram line. And a lot of shopping all around in the neighborhood. The hotel is very nice and clean. Modern style. The staff is very professional and helpful, at the breakfast, and cleaning etc, and reception especially Cumali he was asked frequently by us. Our room on the 4th floor and the bathroom with shower were both nice and fresh. Air conditioning was a must have since the outdoor temperature the day of arrival was exceeding 36 degrees C. The room was located towards the Sea of Marmara. From the restaurant we had an even better overview of the almost hundred ships waiting outside Istanbul. The breakfast buffet is huge, and you will find it very fresh. Take your time to enjoy. Coffee at breakfast was superb. We were recommended to stay at Piya by a Swedish-Turkish contact, and we don't regret it. From airport IST bus #12

Outlook from dining room was spectacular. Outdoor Swimming pool was excellent. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

The air conditioning did not work. We mentioned it at the desk and were advised it was because we had the window open. So we made a point of keeping it closed. Everyday when we returned to our room staff had opened the windows. But the air con didn't work anyway. The staff on the desk were not friendly. My daughter is coeliac and requires a gluten free diet ( not widely available in Istanbul) so she asked where we could eat but got no helpful response. Trying too hard to get us to go to a relative's restaurant. Staff would benefit from training on friendliness and customer care.

We were 3 friends travelling together. the room had 2 single beds and a double bed. Matraccess were perfect. The bathroom was nice, the room is ok. We were basically only sleeping in the room. Breakfast was ok, a lot of choices of chees and some eggs and sweets. Actually not everything my taste, not european taste... They had bread also, but nly sweet breads, or too white ones. No healthy option. Overall the hotel is a 3 star hotel in european standard, not a 4 star one.But i new this, that in Turkey you have to deduct a star from evry hotel, so it was not a disappointment for me. The chocolate shop next to the hotel has really good prices, if you can bargain :)

The hotel is great, everything worked perfectly while we were there, every single day the beds were made, the garbage was collected, new bottles of water were left and in case we needed anything the staff was ready to help. The room was suprr clean and the space was just enough for a family of four, with a nice size bathroom and comfortable beds. Cumali and his colleagues were very professionals and super efficient. It was very hot in Istanbul during our visit, so the outside pool was a great place to be, would have been better if it was open from the morning until the evening, but we could enjoy it anyways. The location was also excellent, surrounded by restaurants, mini markets, walking distance to a lot of attractions, and next to the tram line. We really enjoyed and highly recommend it.

Well, as I said everything was great, but I think it would have been even better if the breakfast offer would include other cuts of meat, and less salty cheese. All the cheese were far too salty, and the meet cuts were very poor. For a hotel like that I would expect something like a continental breakfast as well.

From the beginning of the reservation - very good contact with the hotel, whose employees answer questions very quickly. Upon arrival, accommodation was very quick and efficient, with full information on how and what works. The room and bathroom were very clean. Daily cleaning. The service was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were very diverse and tasty. Everyone will find something for himself. The service during breakfast was fantastic. The swimming pools (one on the roof, the other inside) were very clean and well-kept. Sauna, gym, relaxation zone - all very positive. Overall, the hotel was great, the service was great. A very enjoyable stay.

Everything was as advertised and great location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful every step of the way.

Opening times of the Gym. Gym opening hours were 1100-1900, as a tourist you won’t be at the hotel normally throughout that whole duration. 24 hrs would be ideal as a traveller, however at-least 7am to 11pm would have been nice so that you have a window to go to the gym. Also Airport Transfer fees was excessively higher than the Uber or booking.com prices.

The gym is not open before 12 (but I was allowed on the morning) and is very dark and humid. No water in the pool and no information about this when we booked. Very traditional Turkish breakfast, could have been some international options. Fridge in the room not working.

A wonderful five star experience. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional. My room was spotless, quiet, and truly relaxing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of the stay. Everything was flawlessly organized, which reflects great management. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back. Highly recommended.

The staff were great and location near the tram stop and so within walking distance of all the main sites. We had an early morning flight and the staff were really helpful in arranging a packed breakfast for us to take as we would have missed the breakfast times.

The breakfast selection was quite locally tailored, and so there wasn't always good variety to choose from.

Great location, walking distance to the Bazaar and Ayasofia. The breakfast offers a comprehensive range of local produce, and you will try different things every day. The room is super clean, but they mixed up the triple and single for us. The manager is very helpful and friendly, helped us arrange a shuttle bus, baggage storage and etc.

There are not many English-speaking channels on TV.
