Hotel facilities were very clean, staff were so polite and supportive, meals were very delicious and variety of different options, facilities were very well located with ergonomic considerations.

Sea entrance at the beach was full of rocks so I didn’t use the beach. Mainly used nearby hotel’s beach. Hotel should consider removing rocks and stones from sea base at the beach. Otherwise it is very dangerous due to injuries mainly cuts and damages on legs with sharp rocks.

Very calm and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean and cleaned everyday. The pools were great with lots of space around. We walked up to the barut hemera and checked it out. We were glad we were staying in the Aram. Calmer vibe and very family oriented. Best probably from 13 down. Food variety was very good. They had themed evenings so there was always something for everyone especially if your a salad lover. So many amazing dishes on offer. The a la carte restaurant had excellent service and there are two other restaurants for lunch. As we were there a week after they reopened the burger bar was not open but looked like it was opening when we were leaving. We played tennis most days as they have one court. My son turned 12 there and had a ball. Toni the older kids entertainment rep was brillliant and very engaging with the kids. Very inclusive approach for any ability. He built great team spirts. By day 3 we wanted to book for next year and now that we are back so relaxed after it I have to wait a few weeks as you cannot book further than a year in advance. We were there for Easter 24 which was quite early this year but weather was great.

It could have had a small Astro pitch for the boys and girls to play sports. They did a lot of this on the beach but the sand in that area is full of shells and tough on the feet. They only have one red and one white wine. Not something you could continuously drink. Although you can buy good bottles of wine while having a meal I just thought a half decent white would be part of it. You have any type of spirits or cocktail which was excellent and 5 different beers all inclusive but one petrol station bargain booze white wine.

It had been the third time i come to Arum Barut (i went in 2021, 2022 and 2023) and every year i am extremely happy to come back. Hotel is ideal for the ones who wanna relax and have a great holiday. Territory is compact but very well curated and green! Bar by the beach is a pure jam! After the renovation rooms are even comfier and more beautiful than before. Food in the restaurant is always great - fresh, very various and tasty (with a lot of veggie options also). You can always find something to do, a lot of physical activities during the day, swimming pools, or even having a walk on a promenade that brings you to the city center. I am also grateful that they respect peace of the guests - music ends at 23.30 approximately, and for those who wants to continue evening there is a disco in the hotel, but those who want to sleep are not bothered either :) Staff of the hotel is another thing that amaze me every time i come, they do feel like a family and make you feel like a part of the family, it really makes the difference when you come to the place. You feel pampered, you feel cared about. Great hospitality, great place to stay and to have holiday at. Thank you Arum Barut, see you next year :)

Nothing to complain about.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk service was excellent. We were able to get rooms next to each other, which was great since we were traveling with family. The early check-in and comfortable beds were also a big plus, allowing us to rest after a long flight. The front desk staff was very helpful with all our inquiries and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room service was fast and the quality of the food was outstanding. We tried several restaurants during our stay, and the Turkish restaurant was definitely the highlight - I would rate it 10/10. Akasya and Bonsai were also great, with ratings of 9/10 and 8/10, respectively. The regular buffet had a lot of variety, although I would rate it 7/10. The best part was that there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available, which was much appreciated. In the evenings, we enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hotel. The singers and dancers were mostly good, and I must give a special shout-out to the hotel entertainment team for their excellent work. We also visited the spa three times and had excellent massages. Traveling with elder parents, we found the pace and balance of services to be perfect for them. However, I would not recommend this hotel for single or young couples unless they prefer a slow pace and quiet time. Overall, there is not much that the hotel can improve upon, although there was one day when room service did not show up. Additionally, I would suggest that the staff receive more training on not being too pushy - at a certain price point, guests prefer not to be solicited. One thing worth noting is that the staff is trained in several languages, including German, English, and Russian, making communication easy for guests from all over the world. In summary, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

I rarely rate properties a full 10/10, but this hotel certainly deserves it. All the staff we met were very friendly: receptionists, servers, bellboys, bartenders, cleaning staff, etc. The WiFi was very fast. The showers had great pressure and temperature range. The bed was very comfortable. And the amenities are superb... An excellent spa center with sauna and Turkish Bath. One of the best fitness centers I've seen in a hotel. 4 outdoor pools (1 heated) and an indoor pool and water slides. The hotel also has one of the best buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's true that the menu items don't change much day-to-day. But you can reserve spots at the 3 a la carte restaurants as often as you like. A truly grand experience.

You have to be really picky to find things wrong with this place. Some of the a la carte restaurants are booked multiple days in advance; so you might be unable to book if you are staying 3 nights or fewer. You may need to walk outside to reach your room, which can be inconvenient if the weather is bad.

Very lovely staff who couldn’t do enough to help u, amazing choice of food and drinks, beautiful pool / beach and exceptionally clean.

The water pressure in shower was really the only little detail I could fault.

When we travel, each of us brings personal expectations for our vacation. Whether these expectations align with reality often determines how happy we are with our stay. For our stay, we sought a relaxing atmosphere with the presence of other families, kid-friendly facilities, and a balance between quiet in the rooms when the kids slept and the option for some fun after 10 p.m. For dining, we hoped for a wide variety of high-quality food catering to different diets and cultural cuisines, with plenty of fresh produce. In terms of facilities and service, we wanted clean, cozy rooms, seamless service, beautifully maintained gardens, and thoughtful decor. You can see that every centimeter of the property is loved and cherished. Our experience was exceptional, and all of our expectations were fully met. We are looking forward to coming back to this place next year. Our expectations were exceeded in the following areas: the Kids Club, the Laser Show, and the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel, even when it was fully booked.

The staff at the à la carte restaurants feel understaffed.

The staff are what make this hotel amazing. From the room cleaners to the chefs, they all do an amazing job and are so friendly. They genuinely care. Our room was cleaned everyday to such a brilliant standard. The grounds were constantly manicured and new flowers planted. Pools and surrounds are spotless. The maintenance teams are always on top of it. Nothing looks worn or tired. Beds are very comfortable. Evening entertainment was very good. Something for everyone. The best part about the arum is the food. A really diverse range of quality food. We were late eating one evening and we could see them clearing up . The left over unused food is disposed of and not used to Make the lunch or breakfast or reincarnated as something else. Everything is fresh everyday. Standards are kept high. Already booked again

The children’s facilities were not as good as last year. Possibly due to the dynamics of the age groups. There was not as much to do for over 12s maybe there not many over 12s there. This did not stop them having fun there

The food variety and quality was amazing and the staff was outstanding - they were always looking for how they can help. The food and drinks were always refilled without request. The outdoor restaurants have really good atmosphere. The room was spacious and well designed, the bed was comfortable. The garden is beautiful and really well-maintained. All areas of the hotel are very clean. Most of the evening performances are really amazing.

There can be an adults only restaurant - i.e. Akasya restaurant should not accept kids as the exclusivity is lost if you have a dinner with kids crying, shouting and screaming next to you. Alcoholic drinks (cocktails) quality could be improved. The private beach is quite narrow and there are huge rocks in the sea, however enough nice sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

The food was absolutely amazing, plenty of choice through out the day and the hotel complex. Rooms are finished to a high standard and very clean.

the main thing I can fault is the location, I wish it was closer to the Antalya. If you do want to visit Antalya. it can become expensive with £30 one way. Also when we visited it was oktoberfest, which is a celebration usually entailing drinking beer. It was not particular great to witness many individual being drunk, which isn't my scene. I would avoid if it isn't your scene, particular during that time of the year. If you do like it it will be perfect for you.
