We were very pleased with staying 12 days in the hotel. All staff was amazingly helpful. Our room was nicely clean. The beds are comfortable. In the bathroom, what is important especially when you stay in a place for quite a long time, there is a string for drying clothes. More over we were very lucky to have room on the 15th floor with the view to a quite street. Next to the hotel there is an air-condidtioned bus-stop where we took the bus 63 to the public beach (one way bus-ride costs ~2.18 AED). Next to the public beach there is as well an air-condidtioned bus-stop. So we were double lucky. There are many small restaurants in the area of ​​the hotel. We did enjoy the Philippine House Restaurant with their lovely Easian food. But our favorit was Al Kashkha Restaurant with the best freshes ever made from Guava and Avocado (mmmm!) and super tasty local fish Hammour on grill.

Our overall stay was good. While there were a few things missing—such as some towels and slippers—it didn't take away from the experience, and we would still consider coming back to the hotel if we visit Abu Dhabi again. We would also like to commend the hospitality of the reception staff, especially Ms. Louie and the other Kabayan. They were very accommodating, ensuring our comfort from the time we reserved our room, and even checked in with us afterward to confirm that the room met our expectations. Their attentiveness and warm service were truly commendable. Highly recommended! :) Thank you for your hospitality and for taking care of us during our visit.

Everything was amazing, from the first moment we got in the staff was very friendly and the reception process happened very fast. We were on the 15th floor which was amazing. Around the hotel there are a lot of cafes, bbq places, marts, shops. Everything was clean and the room was being cleaned and tidied up very well. Thank you for the amazing services!

One thing to mention for sure is that we needed adapters to be able to charge our devices and we did not find that out until at the end of day one of our stay. It would be nice if this part was mentioned somewhat earlier. (In the rooms there are information booklets that you have to scan to read and we did not notice it at first since it looked like it was just the menu for room services :D) And the next thing is the food was okay at the hotel, not too good, not too bad, you can eat tastier food for a better price around the hotel. And we noticed it during our checkout but the hotel had shuttle service available for the Yas island which would have been great if it was mentioned or at least have been more visible.

We booked a family room, and it was VERY spacious. I mean, it was like a 2-bedroom apartment! Had two bathrooms too. Location was very good, very near to Corniche beach and other attractions like the Palace. Lot of shops (LuLu express, Red Tag, gift shops etc.) and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had good choices, with a live omelette station.

There was some problem with the bathroom tap, and it took almost a day for them to fix it up. There is no open parking for this hotel. There is only Valet parking. This is not clearly mentioned in the website. We ended up circling the hotel few times looking for the parking. There are no clear signs at the entrance of the hotel too. Valet parking means you need to inform the front desk at least 10-15 minutes before you get down.

Returning to City Seasons Al Hamra felt like home. The warmth and hospitality instantly set the tone for our stay. This time, we had the delightful surprise of being upgraded to an executive suite; an impressive space complete with a separate receiving and coffee area that made my visit truly amazing. The bed was comfy, and while it was a great size, I believe there is a potential for an even more luxurious experience. A special shout out to Shashi, who assisted me with the check-in process and ensured everything went smoothly. We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude once again to Ms. Lean, who transcended expectations to secure the best accommodation for us, despite being on her day off. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable! However, we did notice some minor flaws in the room that seemed to have been overlooked, while the breakfast was a nice way to start the day, I see an opportunity to elevate the food selection to make it even more enticing, enjoyable and memorable. Luckily, all these subtle issues did not significantly detract from our overall experience. Highly recommended!

Room was big enough to comfortably accommodate family of 4 adults with 2 king size beds. Room and washroom was clean. Hot water in shower was available. Facility for tea and coffee was available in room. Both the rooms were big enough than the average room size and we're equipped with televisions and cable connection. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and many pillows. There were many storage options for your personal belongings. A safety locker was available. Rooms were well lit. The central air conditioning unit worked perfectly. worked The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was simple and great. The location of the hotel is in city center with easy access to many supermarkets, fast food outlets, and other places of interest. Public transport such as bus and taxis were easily accessible. Hotel does arrange private trips and transport to many places of interest in and around Abu Dhabi. Hotel has restaurants located within it's premises. As we were late to check in, we gave it a miss to check the restaurants. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel for family stay. Would definitely stay again when in Abu Dhabi on my next trip.

Hotel did not have it's own private parking. Other than this, there were no other short comings.

The rooms were spacious and our room attendant, Judith, made sure that everything is tidy and neat, she made an excellent job. On behalf of my group, I would definitely recommend the 10th floor (rooms 1008, 1009, 1019 and 1020), where she was cleaning. The receptionists and other staff were also helpful, they always answered our questions and gave us directions, especially the guys at the front doors.

The breakfast was acceptable, coffee was of poor quality. The space was too crowded in the morning.

Good hotel for location and friendly staff. We checked in every early in the morning and all the beds were ready in the spacious apartment. The concierge service took our hire rental car and valet parked it for us. A special mention goes out to our fantastic porter Arshad who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to sort out our requests. And also to Ebrahim on the front desk, who kindly allowed us a late check out on New Years Day after a late night of fireworks and celebrations.

Very good, ever smiling staff at reception. Outstanding cooperation by the hotel staff, sometimes going an extra mile in accepting late checkout or early check in.

There is nothing which I didn't link in particular. Because, they themselves will upgrade you to a superior room if your requirements are not met, without even asking. I felt very much happy when I noticed that my room was upgraded to a suit room upon arrival. So, nothing negative about the hotel.

my experience during breakfast: when I first went to the restaurant, i was wearing the hotel slippers then the staff pointed out the dress code in the restaurant that pajama, sleeping attires, slippers are not allowed hence i went back to my room to wear closed shoes. when i came back to the restaurant, they checked me and was allowed to enter but then i saw one guest with her family wearing pajama and hotel slippers inside the restaurant eating. like all this coming back to my room and changing is for what, when they are allowing other guest not following the dress code.
