Great location. great facilities and helpful staff

the stay was ruined by an outdoor party on the balcony of the 12th floor. I could not sleep due to the noise wasted 2 hours of back and forth until the issue was resolved by moving me to another room. despite explicitly asking for a quiet room on booking.com and on arrival at check in. Staff, nice as they are, clearly havent a clue about the layout of the place and were the activities take place. All I wanted was a quiet and early night and this unfortunately ruined the experience for me. The staff were nice about it and the next day offered to extend my stay till the flight and booked me free transport to the airport. nice as this was I would have preferred to get a quiet night time sleep without all the commotion.

I recently stayed at the Address Dubai Mall Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every detail, from the decor to the amenities, was carefully considered. Its location is perfect, with direct access to The Dubai Mall and close proximity to major attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, always ready to assist. I also enjoyed the Club Lounge, which offered a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The Club Lounge at Address Dubai Mall offers a truly relaxing experience with a beautiful view of the Dubai Fountain, creating a perfect setting to unwind. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and made every visit to the lounge feel welcoming and comfortable. However, during my 8-night stay, I noticed that the food selection became quite repetitive, and there was a limited variety of fruit juices available, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Despite these minor points, the service and atmosphere made the lounge a highlight of my stay.

My family and I recently stayed at the Address Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai, and we absolutely loved every moment. The hotel itself is stunning, with direct access to Dubai Mall and some of the best views in the city. Each night, we were treated to breathtaking sights of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain right from our room – truly a highlight of our trip. A special mention must go to Mariam, the Guest Services Manager, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. Her exceptional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made a lasting impression on us. She truly sets a gold standard that others in the industry should aspire to.

I had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s centrally located and only a 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hospitality truly stood out, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff. The gentleman in charge of my room throughout the week was impeccable. He did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and ensuring I had everything I needed. His attention to detail was truly appreciated, and I want to congratulate him for the fantastic work. The breakfast was another highlight. There was such a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Address Dubai Mall to anyone visiting Dubai. It combines an unbeatable location, excellent service, and a truly comfortable stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We booked the Address Dubai Mall for our last two nights. The hotel itself is so luxurious with every detail perfect. Two things really made the hotel special. The first was the Club Lounge, with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. It is so relaxing, and Hamza was absolutely lovely -- very attentive and welcoming. The second thing is the infinity pool with breathtaking views of Dubai. It was incredible and we could have stayed there all day just looking out over the city. The location next to Dubai Mall is perfect, since traffic around that area is nightmarish.

The hotel is in a skyscraper and you have to take multiple elevators to get to the reception, pool, and rooms. To be expected with the location.

Amazing location, connected to Dubai mall. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make us have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety. Rooms were spacious and clean. The room would be cleaned twice a day.

We stayed at the hotel during September. We really loved the breakfast, the service, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is excellent, I highly recommend it. In addition , there was a bird that fell outside the hotel and was still alive. asked one of the staff at the bakery for help, and he assisted by bringing it inside and taking care of her. The staff and the workers are really kind

‏Some of the elevators weren't working, and it was a bit of a project just to get to breakfast. ‏Additionally, we weren't informed that there was a fee for using the pool, so we were surprised at check-out when we were charged for all the days we used it. This should have been mentioned in advance.

we had hard time about the location of the hotel. it was confusing for all taxi drivers. they all said that there are too much "address" and it is confusing. it is also confusing that the like when you goto 1st floor on the hotel side it says fountain views, on the outside it says address dubai mall. it is confusing.

room no 2206, the ac was not working properly., my parents froze in the room. I asked housekeeping on our floor for help, but they don't know how it works either. finally, the techs

Everything. This hotel and its stuff, is nothing short of phenomenal. From before we even checked in, the level of service was one of the best I’ve seen from any 5* hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the facilities were outstanding and it’s perfectly situated downtown so super easy to get around. We stayed with our 3 year old and baby and it was so easy. It also directly links to the mall so that was great. The people make this hotel - every member was extremely polite and helpful. I will certainly be back.
