Great location. great facilities and helpful staff

the stay was ruined by an outdoor party on the balcony of the 12th floor. I could not sleep due to the noise wasted 2 hours of back and forth until the issue was resolved by moving me to another room. despite explicitly asking for a quiet room on booking.com and on arrival at check in. Staff, nice as they are, clearly havent a clue about the layout of the place and were the activities take place. All I wanted was a quiet and early night and this unfortunately ruined the experience for me. The staff were nice about it and the next day offered to extend my stay till the flight and booked me free transport to the airport. nice as this was I would have preferred to get a quiet night time sleep without all the commotion.

Great location with walkway directly to Dubai mall which meant we didn’t have to go out into the very hot and humid weather (we were visiting in high summer). Dubai Mall has stacks of really good restaurants, shops and activities - enough to entertain us for the few days of our visit. We didn’t bother going anywhere else aside from the mall and hotel due to the heat - plus we were on our way back from extensive euro trip and really just wanted to chill. As such can’t comment about location in reference to other activities .. but was great for our purposes. Bed was huge and really comfy - we were sad when we had to check out. Spacious room - paid extra for Burj view which we thought was worth it. Could sit in room or on balcony and watch the light show. Fantastic pool area with lots of lounges, umbrellas and free sunscreen. Staff came around to adjust umbrellas as the sun moved and offer cold towels and free bottles of water. Lovely! Staff in general were fantastic and very attentive. We had a noisy air vent in our bathroom - management were really great about it and offered to move us to another room but we elected to stay (could not be bothered packing again after our long euro trip). We just closed bathroom door and then couldn’t hear it. Breakfast was also very good. Comprehensive buffet as well as small a la carte offer. There was some confusion when we ordered off-menu (eg. eggs came with no toast, random salmon added) but that’s really being picky and nothing to complain about!

One small disappointment - we paid extra for a room with Fountain / Burj Khalifa views. Found out upon check in that dancing fountains were closed for a couple of months for renovation and not running! The view of Burj was still worth the upgrade but might have been nice to know in advance about fountain closure - perhaps add to the site listing if you can?

I recently stayed at the Address Dubai Mall Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every detail, from the decor to the amenities, was carefully considered. Its location is perfect, with direct access to The Dubai Mall and close proximity to major attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, always ready to assist. I also enjoyed the Club Lounge, which offered a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The Club Lounge at Address Dubai Mall offers a truly relaxing experience with a beautiful view of the Dubai Fountain, creating a perfect setting to unwind. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and made every visit to the lounge feel welcoming and comfortable. However, during my 8-night stay, I noticed that the food selection became quite repetitive, and there was a limited variety of fruit juices available, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Despite these minor points, the service and atmosphere made the lounge a highlight of my stay.

I had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. The room was beautiful, the view absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was easily one of the best I’ve ever had — with plenty of delicious and healthy options to choose from. A special shout-out to Padam from housekeeping, who kept the room spotless. He was professional, attentive, always on time, thorough, and genuinely courteous. Also, the reception staff were super helpful when my phone broke — they went out of their way to assist me, which I really appreciated. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and well cared for. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

My family and I recently stayed at the Address Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai, and we absolutely loved every moment. The hotel itself is stunning, with direct access to Dubai Mall and some of the best views in the city. Each night, we were treated to breathtaking sights of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain right from our room – truly a highlight of our trip. A special mention must go to Mariam, the Guest Services Manager, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. Her exceptional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made a lasting impression on us. She truly sets a gold standard that others in the industry should aspire to.

Friendly and supportive staff and very fast service. The location is connected to The Dubai Mall which made it easy especially with a baby with us. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom has everything you need.

The AC in the bedroom was not working even though when the maintenance man came, he was able to open it but we can't control it from our side as it probably needed to be repaired and he asked us to call for maintenance in the morning. The room was moist because of the AC issue. The food in the restaurant, buffet, was not tasty and very limited choices (nothing suitable for kids).

Front end manager very rude when we checked in . We were very early and asked for an early check in .We understand that this can be done if it's available We then decided to pay for brkfst and relax up stairs -My wife went down to check if anything had changed regarding the room about 1 hour later . Mohammed who was the night manager on the morning of the 20/07 was rude to her and very harsh in his tone -Anne another hotel staff apologised for her behaviour later - Aalaa who was on duty after 8:30 was very helpful and we did her the room about 10 I understand that a room can only be allocated for a early check in on a availability basis but do not be rude

I recently stayed at the Address Dubai Mall Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The bedroom was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and felt very luxurious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable — large, with plush pillows and high-quality linen that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom was also a standout feature — generous in size, with a separate bathtub and rain shower. Everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning — there was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order eggs. The quality was top-notch and the service was always attentive. One of my favorite areas was the pool deck — stylish and relaxing, with a great view!

I was a little disappointed with the toiletries provided. There weren’t many options available, and the shampoo and body lotion were not the best in terms of quality or scent — definitely an area that could be improved.

The entire ground floor team deserves praise for their professionalism, courtesy, and warm hospitality. 3. The room featured a spacious layout, a massive bed, and a stunning view. 4. A tablet was provided for convenient control of all in-room functions. 5. Late check-out at 2:30 PM was granted without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated.

1.A staff member (Mj) entered our room without permission after ringing the bell. As we had connecting rooms, we didn’t hear it, making the uninvited entry feel intrusive and unsafe — a serious breach of hotel standards. 2. Spa facilities were unavailable during our stay. 3. Our room was only ready at 4:30 PM (check-in is at 3 PM), and the key didn’t work, leaving us waiting outside. No compensation or gesture was offered for the inconvenience.

The staff was the best part

Maybe the size of the bedroom which is too small compared to the size of bathroom. And we paid for club lounge to have access to food however it was in renovation and therefore it was replaced by 3 meals set at very specific time. And apart from the breakfast therefore meals were very small portions, which was very disappointing. And the fact that you have to get 2 different elevators to exit is quite annoying. Also getting to the gym takes quite a long time as there is no direct access from the elevator that in the hotel tower
