i like the rooms and the view on burj khalifa and the in room dining food was excellent

I didn’t like how sometimes the staff spam the bell and dont wait until we answer. also the tv is very boring and limited which made the room boring. for this value it shouldve had more entertainment and bluetooth speakers

The Location and room view was phenomenal The Pool on 54 view and vibe was breathtaking and we both enjoyed every moment Breakfast was outstanding and so much variety to choose from The same restaurant at night offered us an dinner we have never seen of its like, completely amazing cuisine selectins and tastes The rooms dining is rarely seen in any other hotel and only comparable to the Address at JBR All staff were extremely cooperative and helpful and maintain a very high level of professionalism and dedication to pleasing the guests The room was keep so clean it was just delightful to go out for the day and come back to see the room so clean and tidy We were celebrated on our last breakfast on the 9th day of our stay as the restaurant staff wished us well on departure and gave us a beautify chocolate cake I can go on, but I would sincerely recommend it to my friends and business partners We arrived very early on check-in and were accommodated immediately and welcomed with so much hospitality. Let us speechless. Equally on check-out I had a noon meeting and the front desk immediately arranged for a late check-out for us. Thanks you to all the staff, management, chefs and pool team

Honestly, I can't think of any thing at all

The service is excellent and the view of the Burj Khalifa (especially from the pool on the first floor) is breathtaking! The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. We would love to come again asap!

Getting to the hotel by car is not ideal as it is not well signposted. Especially as it has different towers. Such a nice hotel, but if you don't get to the right tower because of the poor signage and miss the entrance, then you can drive another 20 minutes there and back, especially at rush hour, which is just annoying.

Services are 10 stars ! Nothing bad to say about anything there ! And the staff super friendly ! Thanks to Dareen and Sanu !

Service, one of the worst at this kind of hotel. It is obvious that there is no preparation of the stuff. I have the impression the hotel saves a lot in salaries, getting workers that really don't do well their job. They should contract people who knows about hospitality. All the workers have not enough education about hospitality. Not professional stuff.

epitome of luxury- loved the spacious room, loved the breakfast with sooo many delicious healthy options, and the central location is perfect if you're in Dubai for work .. oh and the gym is great.

sauna was broken, so wasn't able to enjoy my daily sauna time.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, stunning adult only infinity pool to the burj khalifa and fantastic location walking distance to the dubai mall. We stayed with kids and we were worried we had booked this hotel mainly for the infinity pool and only after booking we learned that the infinity pool is adults only. However, to our surprise the first night we had dinner at the 54 floor with the kids next to the infinity pool, with the great views and the hotel was accomodating to let us order from service room menu so that the kids could order the pasta they wanted and we were able to enjoy the area. For the pool access the kids loved the ground floor pool anyway and the hotel was beautiful and comfortable with a great area for breakfast.

Only learning that the infinity pool was adults only after booking

The infinity pool on the 54th floor - amazing) The spa was great, and always empty when we visited, but can't say if it's always like that, since our stay was during Ramadan, which is low season for travel usually. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, always smiling, willing to help with any request. Still not used to being called "sir" and "madam", and the personnel stepping aside constantly just to let you walk by! The breakfast was abundant, with a healthy selection of food from different cultures. At the end of our stay they got us a complimentary cake saying "thank you for staying with us", which was a nice touch) The location in downtown is great for the people looking to go shopping in the Dubai Mall (a tunnel leads there straight from the hotel 1st floor) and for those people who want to travel the city, as downtown is basically in the very middle of Dubai. All in all, an incredible experience for us, nothing else to say!

We spent some amazing time at the Address Skyview. The staff is wonderful, from reception, to room service, to valet, restaurants… everyone is absolutely amazing! We got offer a room upgrade for our anniversary and a complementary cake in the room. Fantastic! In the morning we had to leave early to the airport and the lovely guy at the reception (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name) was so kind that arranged for some breakfast to be ready for us to take away. He asked us the night before what we wanted for breakfast and he made it happen! Best service ever received!

Stayed at Address Sky View for a few days and couldn’t fault it. The two pools are stunning – especially the infinity pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa, which is just as incredible as it looks in the photos. The Pan-Asian restaurant on the 54th floor is a real highlight, and breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice. Location is ideal – right next to the metro and a short walk to Dubai Mall via the air-conditioned walkway. The staff were exceptional throughout – friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a luxury base in central Dubai.
