This Hotel ticks all the boxes. The staff are amazing. Very professional, friendly and accommodating - there is a definite buzz about the place. Our room was modern, comfortable and luxurious, with a lovely big bath and a shower. Breakfast was THE best selection we’ve ever had in a hotel. Top notch, innovative, and interesting, it was a wonderful start to our day. We didn’t book half board but wished we had as the lunch/evening meals looked amazing too. The outdoor pool and the beach were lovely, we always found beds and also enjoyed a late afternoon drink and a couple of evening meals at the Coco Lounge. We used the fully equipped gym every morning and the spa was highly recommended to us by another guest but we get the chance to use it. Can recommend the cookery demonstrations with the chefs in the afternoons, ask the chefs for recipes if you particularly like something they are more than happy to share. We enjoyed the strip of bars next door to the right of the hotel for a wander out at night which can be accessed via the beach and also the Mall across the road.

Unique, modern style top class hotel at a perfect location on the palm island. Beautiful views to the shore and the city. Cosy and well equipped hotel room with double balcony though rather small with the label 'king' :) Staff was very attentive and helpful. Few minutes walk to the beach, nice gardens and cool beach bar with a great staff (special thanks to Kevin :). Room service was also quick and nice. All hotel, rooms, spa, fittness room and surrounding area was very clean and exquisitely designed. Valet service worked well. A very kind surprise from hotel staff for my birthday :)

TV cannot be linked with smart phone thus I could not listen to my youtube music. Rather small built-in wardrobe. Double debiting my card at checkin by mistake, it takes too long to get refund.

All of the staff were fantastic. Food was brilliant. Rooftop pool was luxurious - could do with some music though. Excellent 5 star hotel for the price paid. Excellent value for money in Dubai. Location close to all major attractions via taxi.

Main pool is mainly used by local children from neighbouring accommodation and can be very noisy with screaming/ shouting. Not a relaxing area. We avoided this and used the rooftop pool but would have been nice to use the main pool more often at the beachfront.

Good buffet selection with plenty of choice

First of all i would like to thank Mustafa for his amazing welcoming as we were on our honeymoon and his much appreciated accommodations (disclaimer: he didn’t ask me to make a review because mostly when people ask me i don’t do it because i write only genuine reviews) but he was extraordinarily amazing in his welcome and wish him all the best in his career, he deserves it, amazing hospitality! Second of all, this hotel gives you a nice vibe, i don’t know how to put it into words, but it feels like you are not in Dubai, it’s like I’ve travelled during my stay to another country, as a local in Dubai, i need that vibe change before flying off to my honeymoon, thank you!!

Nothing, but i’d like to note one thing down, since there is don’t disturb button, if you are a muslim who wants privacy, i’d ask you to better hang the “Don’t Disturb” paper on the door as if you don’t hang it out the housekeeper might come in. In our instance, luckily when i went to the gym i asked my wife to put on the manual lock, and the housekeeper tried to come in without knocking (maybe she did and my wife didn’t hear it) but luckily we had the manual lock on. So just in case, keep it on the door at all times unless you need them to come.

I liked that the hotel has a holiday atmosphere to it. I loved the professional staff being always helpful when we needed it. They are not just working machines but they love their job and have fun doing it. It made us feel like they were our friends which we highly appreciate. The room was cleaned daily. We got water whenever needed. Opposite of Andaz is a Nakheel shopping centre where you don't need to take a taxi but have a nice walk. Also grocery store was right behind the hotel close to the swimming pool. The pool was lovely with refreshing cool water. Life guards were at each end of it so you don't have to worry about your kids or yourself. The sea was just by the pool with always free sunbeds. The rooms at the hotel were huge it was just amazing. I would definitely come back. Had the best memories here. Thank you Andaz hotel and Andaz staff.

Everything was good. Rooms were well equipped with modern amenities and had a great view of the sea. The swimming pool was amazing and there is an access to beach as well. The breakfast was also delicious with good variety.

The only downside is that rooms are not very spacious.

The main pool on the beach usually has a kid that will do a poo in the pool because there are no signs for people to put a nappy on their young children. The pool then gets shut down for the whole day, the hotel needs to put up rules for those parents. This happened more than once during our stay. Those people ruin it for everyone else. Shame on them.

Lovely location on the beach. All the staff were very friendly. The room staff were always available and did a fabulous job. The hotels not too big but has a nice restaurant by the beach and an adult only pool on the top floor.

The only downside for us was nothing to do with the hotel. It was only the road outside has got so busy now and you have to walk a fair way to cross the road to the Mall which is conveniently across the road but not as easy to get to.

Room and facilities at Andaz were excellent as was the customer service. They had a beautiful cake in the room on arrival as it was our anniversary. The bathroom was very spacious and shower was luxurious. Staff at reception and at the pool area could not have been more helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want.
