Supervisor Mani It was extremely difficult to explain that we had switched rooms in agreement with the reception. They made an incorrect check-out for the room, and we couldn’t enter it. After arguing and trying to explain, it felt like they were doing us a favor. The rooms were reserved from the 23rd, but we arrived on the morning of the 24th, and yet we still had to wait until 11 AM to enter the room. Some of the reception staff are not very friendly.

The hotel Five Luxe is perfectly located on the beach in the JBR area. If you're visiting Dubai for the first time, this is likely the best area to stay. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes, clubs, shops and small supermarkets. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the marina and the relatively small Marina Mall. From the marina, you can take affordable cruises if you're interested. The Dubai Mall and other attractions are easily accessible by taxi, which is relatively inexpensive in Dubai. I stayed in the room "Five Vibe Suite Sea View with pool" number 801. The hotel and the room a relatively new. The sute was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures, featuring a pool on a spacious balcony with stunning views of the beach and the pool. Room 801 was luxurious, one of the best the hotel has to offer. It includes a nice living room, a large dining table, and a comfortable bed in the bedroom, with access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room. The balcony is big and perfect, the pool is relatively small, but beautifully designed. There is a tall building under construction opposite the balcony, but it didn’t obstruct the view. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by Lawrence, followed by Ashraf, the manager. I explained to Ashraf how important it was for me to receive the room I had booked, and he made an effort to ensure I got exactly what I expected. The room service exceeded all expectations. I encountered truly remarkable staf, they were polite, and attentive, with a genuine desire to help. I want to extend my gratitude to Almagire, Isaac, Mamraj, and Foster; they are truly special individuals, and their hospitality made me eager to return to this hotel. Additionally, the room service was exceptional and also fast, and the breakfast delivered to the room was delicious, it's clear the chef puts his heart into the cooking. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel.

There is something that is not directly related to the hotel. It is difficult to find avaliable taxis when there is a shift change and that is between 4.30pm and 5.15pm. In addition, if you are looking for quieter beach to swim, I recommend Kite beach. The beach next to the hotel can be crowded.

Everything! From the minute we walked into the foyer we were so amazed! Spotless and the Generous Room we booked was absolutely huge and decor gorgeous. The staff and customer service is outstanding and a big shout out to Solomon who made our pool days fantastic! Drinks, food selection amazing! Absolute luxury from start to finish! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return - have stayed in Dubai before but this Hotel is our firm favourite! Feel so spoiled!

This is a luxurious and new hotel, the location is great. Luxurious equipment in the room, room with sea view is very nice, bathroom cosmetics is very quality. Clean, staff very friendly and always ready to help guests. Maybe I came to the hotel when it first opened so the hotel prioritized upgrading the room to a higher category. That's great and thank you.

Breakfast is not as rich as the luxury hotels we have stayed at in Dubai. The menu for guests who buy full board and half-board is poor, there are not many dishes to choose from and you have to pay extra for alcoholic drinks :(. We hope the hotel will improve this issue to become better.

Big spacious rooms, we got room upgrade as it was my BD and they tried to make it up for trying to charge me upfront before we even arrived. Very good breakfast in a nice restaurant by the sea.

No direct access to the sea, they put sand bags so if you want to swim in the sea you have to walk to the next hotel. They focus on pool parties with DJ and loud music, full of people in the pool, so not for those who want peace and quiet, not for families either. Sun beds are 800/per day even for guests who stay in the hotel and already paid for the room. Basically for 3K per night we could not use the pool and could not enjoy the sea because of the sand bags.

The Gym is awesome. The Ronin restaurant is very good - food, service, interior, view. The Management is very attentive and constantly improves the service quality

It’s a brand new hotel so not everything works ideally yet, but even within my stay I see a constant improvement

The room I had booked was advertised to have two sun loungers on the balcony but it didn’t. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work

We really liked the hotel; it's absolutely new, everything is perfect, nothing to fault, the rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The atmosphere is really cool. The Beach Club Playa Pacha has very comfortable and beautiful sun loungers, great atmosphere. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and very attentive. I would pay attention to the video sequence on the screen at the pool; I think it could be improved.
