Room and Breakfast were very good

Very big challange of not having a waiting area were over seas guests arrive in the morning and have to wait for at least two hour for check in. even when we were seated at the sofa your staff instructed us not too. and yet other hotels were we have stayed before like Swiss hotel, they have always offered us a waiting area due to our time on flight arrive at 7pm to wait till 9.am when shops open. You can imaigne some one to instrucate you not even to close your eyes as long as you are seated at your lobby.

Superb hotel. This is a place to stay whenever you are in Dubai for business or rest and recuperation. The staff were amazing. All of them. Faith. Arlene. Manoj. Aicha rubel. The breakfast was the best I have had in many years. The cleaning team were exceptional. My huge room was always clean and all room supplies replenished timely. The African gentlemen who served me in the Italian restaurant, please keep up the great work. One guy is originally from Zimbabwe.

The amazing staff! This was my 2nd visit to Golden Sands and I can’t wait to return. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by their enthusiastic and friendly team like Amit and Azeem who cannot do enough for you. Amit is amazing and helped my wife get her dressed pressed. We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Moureen, with her bubbly and caring nature. We upgraded our stay to enjoy the luxury of the newly introduced Lounge, where the culinary delights whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner was a joy to behold. There is a wide range of choices at each mealtime and Nadia, Asala and Simon took great pride in ensuring our comfort and enjoyment there. The roof top pool is clean and offers great sights across the city and I recommend the healthy smoothies that are on offer at the poolside bar. The team up there are great too! Our room had all the comforts with robes and slippers and even a pillow menu! The location makes it easy transfer wise from the airport and the metro is walking distance from the hotel, so do experience this as it’s so clean and efficient. There are so many great people working here at this hotel, who take great pride in their job and they are wonderful ambassador for the hotel. There are too many too mention but I also recall Kamal from the housekeeping team and Khalil and Julie at reception who were extremely pleasant too. Mandeep is your man to book any excursions. Overall, we can’t wait to return next March and we look forward to seeing our friends there again! Thank you! 🙏🏼

Our only concern came via the lady (we think she is from the sales side) who was overly keen to promote the spa services. She could have been a bit more friendly in our opinion.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were all professional, polite and friendly, especially at the reception. Very peaceful and pleasant environment, very beautiful and eye-catching decorations and flower arrangements

Nothing at all

Exceptional experience. Golden Sands is not the kind of hotels where you would get lost between everything in the lobby and corridors. Everything there is simply and perfectly to the point. They give an amazing benefit with the Suite which is the VIP lounge access with complimentary tea, coffee and dining during the dining times. Suite is exceptional. Very Cooperative staff and a big thank you to Christine, Mohamed Saber and Mohamed (Manager) that made it an amazing experience

Nothing really in specific but maybe a bit larger pool

We took the room with a panoramic view of Deira Creek. Very spacious room with excellent amenities and view is really as advertised. We never got tired of looking out, especially at Sunset. The breakfast was also very good and they have a really nice coffee machine in the room as well. We also used their laundry service which was prompt and excellent. Food overall at the hotel exceeded our expectations, we had room service a couple of time and also ate at the in-house Italian restaurant. The staff blew us away, excellent service and attention to detail wherever we went.

Just one small bit of constructive feedback, the daily breakfast essentially repeats the same dishes every day. While all the dishes are super tasty, when staying for long period it can get a little boring. Would request to rotate or switch out of some of the options to keep it fresh.

Our experience at this hotel in Dubai was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. Familiar faces we had met over the previous days would approach us and ask how our day had been, creating a warm and personal atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, providing the perfect environment to relax after a day of exploring Dubai. The rooftop pool was a highlight—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views while chilling out in style. A special shoutout goes to Nazira, who provided outstanding service every morning at breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor and attention to detail made every start to the day perfect. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. The only minor point of improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could benefit from a bit more variety. However, this didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience.

Everything was clean, room was always cleaned to the highest standard. Aisha at the tills was very kind and helpful, Overall hotel was very nice and is highly recommended.

Everything was all good

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Golden Sands Creeks, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, cared for, and truly at home. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Pavel, who went out of his way to recommend an excellent indoor tennis court for our son. His passion and attention to detail made all the difference—it really elevated our trip and gave our son a great opportunity to enjoy his favorite sport, even while we were away. We also want to give a very special mention to Kumura, who lovingly looked after our daughter in the playroom. She absolutely adored spending time there, and it was clear she was in such safe, kind, and caring hands. It meant the world to us as parents to know she was happy and having fun. And of course, Tabitha—what would we have done without her? No matter what we needed, she was always there with a smile, ready to assist us. Her genuine warmth and professionalism made every interaction a pleasure.

If we were to offer just one small suggestion—it would be wonderful to have a few more umbrellas on the rooftop next to the outdoor swimming pool, as some of the sunbeds are in shaded areas throughout the day and additional umbrellas could help guests choose their preferred balance of sun and shade.
