Beautiful and unique hotel - very modern, beautiful rooms and bathrooms.

Only complaint, not enough staff at desk. For that much money I shouldn’t have two wait 15 mins to check out because they only had one person on the desk. Didn’t have great taxi access either.

Perfect location, huge room, clean, good restaurants in the hotel.

I closed a standard room (43 m2 size) and got a message from the hotel, that according to child policy I need to rebook a bigger room (47m2 size) with jacuzzi or I can not stay in the hotel. I did not understand how a jacuzzi can be safe for an infant? And also i asked to see where this policy is written but I never got answer on this. I think it was a trick to upgrade to suite which we dont need, and it is not nice. I was in Me by Melia in different countries, i love this hotel company, but i am really disappointed on this issue.

First of all, it's very beautiful! The interior of the lobby and rooms is very modern and beautiful, well thought out and you can feel the hand of a great designer - Zaha Hadid! The room is spacious, with high ceilings and a huge panoramic window. The breakfast is simply magnificent - instead of standard trays with food, there is an "a la carte" breakfast and a small selection of delicious additions to the main course. Everything is very tasty and, what was important for me, in small portions. My wife and I liked everything very much!

It is not the hotel's fault that right opposite the windows of the rooms with a view of the Burj Khalifa (for which they charge a surcharge) there is construction during the day and - most importantly - at night. Accordingly, the panoramic window did not protect from the noise of construction machines. But it is the hotel's fault that when checking in, the staff should have warned about such an inconvenience and given the opportunity to choose - to look at the Burj Khalifa but not sleep well at night or change the room to quieter especially since the hotel was not complete!

The location was ideal for moving around the local area. Breakfast offered some nice healthy options but and not over the top with too much buffet items. The pool area was comfortable. The bed and pillows made for a good sleep and the room was spacious with a large bathroom. The artwork scattered around the hotel was a lovely touch and provided a unique experience.

You will need to put up with the noise of the building work going on in the area. I was not completely sold on this being value for money when I make comparisons but that may not be an issue for business travellers.

This hotel is simply amazing! The design of both the building and the rooms is absolutely breathtaking—modern, stylish, and well thought out. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a suite, and the room was truly impressive. The bed was perfect, the layout was ideal, and the soundproofing was excellent—everything designed for a comfortable and restful stay. The gym is very convenient, with new equipment, including additional free weights that make workouts even better. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. The service at the reception was flawless—professional, welcoming, and always helpful. Downstairs, there are plenty of great restaurants offering different cuisines, so you have a lot of dining choices without even leaving the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! 😊

Everything guests could desire is available in the best quality, without exaggeration. * Great location * Excellent staff service—thank you, Awsaf and Desmond, for your invaluable presence from arrival to departure. * Delicious breakfast with a mini buffet for cold dishes, while the best hot food is ordered from the kitchen. * The spa was an exceptional experience. * The beauty salon is perfect in every detail. * Entertainment: Salmon Guru Bar and Roka restaurant are the cherry on top of the hotel experience.

Attention to detail, personalized experience. Alexey and Suleyman were brilliant in customer service. Beeing in Dubai for 10 years and working in sales and customer servuce for more than 20 yrs is good to see Hotels are hiring the right nationalities to provide a good ice breaker, sparkling a proper conversation and offer a fab customer service, not only 'yes mam no mam, yes sir no sir". And Alexey and Suleyman showed they worth it to add a true value to ME dubai front house which makes client impression in the first seconds. Fab job!
