Location was very good

Rooms and interior were quite old for a 5-star hotel. Carpet was not clean. Bathroom had no drain hence all water spilled during shower had to be wiped manually.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel! The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easy to access. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. They even surprised us with a lovely gesture for my friend's birthday, which I truly appreciated. It made our experience even more memorable! Highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!

The Tub in the bathroom is horrible and too dangerous and highly risk of falling down . I don’t know how many people must have fallen and broken their bones . I’m completely dissatisfied with Mövenpick.

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel in Dubai Burj and had a fantastic experience. The hotel boasts a clean and inviting environment, which immediately put me at ease upon arrival. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to assist with any requests or questions. Special thanks to Karthikesan, who prepared delicious omelettes for breakfast with skill and a smile each morning. Additionally, the bellman Nixon from the Concierge department was outstanding in providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a seamless experience during my stay. Their warmth and professionalism, along with the overall cleanliness and top-notch service at Mövenpick Hotel in Dubai Burj, exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai."

Rooms were very nice and Tidy plus room service was good. Breakfast was brilliant as it had all the options we hoped for as well as few that we didn't. The breakfast staff was very very friendly and supportive and provided 5* service. Hats off to all of them. Sometimes even after it was over breakfast time but they provided the requested items, the best way they could. Me and my family are very happy with our visit and stay here. Loved it much.

liked ROOMS OF APARTMENT for a family .Almost everything is there , just like second home there Breakfast was having good variety and for indians , daily somethings is there, dont worry. Location is good for bus stop, metro is slightly far ( I guess , oudh station is 2-3 km...you have to catch a taxi to go there, walking will take 30-45 minutes).We are a family of four, so taxi was OK for us, so location was not a problem. we used to go to ADCB metro station /Burjaman/Oudh metha by taxi , then start train journey.But they do provide bus service, but you have to tell the reception, one day in advance about hotel BUS

mosquitos were found inside washroom in apartments. also near starbucks outsdie. so, something should be done for this.If a tourist falls sick because of mosquito bite then it may spoil his trip.

Room: Starting with the room, I was surprised by how small it felt for a hotel that’s supposed to be top-tier. A balcony would have made a big difference, giving some extra space and a spot to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option. Breakfast Experience: The main restaurant where breakfast was served had an unexpected vibe. The mix of different banquet chairs and tablecloths with the regular furniture looked a bit messy for a place that’s aiming for luxury. The buffet area was also too cramped, making it hard to navigate during busy times. On the bright side, the food variety was impressive. However, they could definitely work on their healthy options. Adding sugar to a chia pudding doesn’t really scream “healthy” to me. Club Lounge: I also had access to the club lounge, which was underwhelming, especially at breakfast. The options were too limited for what you’d expect. During happy hour, there was plenty to drink if you’re into alcohol, and lots of snacks that weren’t on the healthier side. Since I prefer not to drink and like eating healthy, the lounge didn’t offer much value to me. Swimming Pool: The pool was nice but smaller than I’d hoped. For someone who loves swimming, it felt a bit restricting. Staff: The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They were professional and polite, living up to the hotel’s high standards.

While there were parts of my stay that were great, like the food variety and the staff’s service, other aspects didn’t quite meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel. The room size, the chaotic breakfast setup, and the limited club lounge offerings were letdowns.

I am going to stay in Mövenpick in Bur Dubai since many years. They are doing a great job on a good level continous since many years. The staff is friendly, the rooms really well and fine and the breakfast buffet on a high level. Advantage is also that the hotel is close to DXB-airport. All is good and the hotel can be recommended.

They have an apartment block behind the hotel and when the hotel is too full, they put the hotel guests to the apartments. There you feel like in the outback. The apartments are really big, but for a guest for 2-3 days you feel lost there.

Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai, a solo traveler's haven, boasts an outstanding staff, notably Francis, Venkat, and Yadav, who went above and beyond during my six-night stay, making it stress-free and memorable. The friendly team, including Daniel and Nader, adds to the welcoming atmosphere, while the well-equipped apartment, attentive service from Abubaker, and comfortable amenities, such as the rooftop pool, contribute to a delightful experience. Despite the absence of a balcony and a dryer, the convenient location in Oud Metha, with excellent dining options and transport links, makes this hotel a definite choice for future stays.

Our room faced the internal square where a Shisha Garden space is offered - club music starts to play from 20:00- 02:00 am to a crowd-less place.
