Great option for those who want to stay in the vicinity of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The rooms are spacious and confortable. Great view on the fountains and Burj Khalifa. The breakfast is generous and certainly an excellent value for the money.

I’ve there twice, booked twice a room with balcony, and twice ended up in a room with no balcony. That’s not acceptable. Either you work with Bookings and respect the reservation policy, or you don’t propose rooms you can’t give your customers.

Large room with nice view. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Perfect location in downtown, walking distance from Dubai Mall. Very friendly staff.

1. At checking in, they charged more money for a room with view. Anyhow, the room is costly, so I expect to get a good room, if available. The policy of "if you do not pay extra, you get a bad room" is not nice. 2. Only one international electrical socket in the room. You must bring your own adapters to charge your phone/laptop. 3. There is a coffee machine in the room, but at checkout you discover that you have to pay ca $1.5 per cup of coffee you prepare by yourself. This was not written anywhere.

The hotel is in the perfect spot, a 15 minute walk to the Mall past the Burj, and the hotel run free shuttle buses should you not want to walk to the mall and Kite beach. We paid extra for a room overlooking the Burj and fountain displays and it was so worth it, it was like a huge picture window and was wonderful, the only issue we had at the hotel was with the sleeping arrangements, we booked the room at great cost overlooking the Burj for 2 adults and 1 child (15 yrs) however when we arrived there was only 1 bed, after much discussion with reception it turns out we should have ordered an extra bed for our daughter at an additional cost of £150 per night? But surely if you book a room for 2 adults and a child and are given a price then that is the cost and beds should be provided for all occupants booked in…? Did they expect our 15yr old to bunk in with us?? Our daughter eventually decided that she would be happy crashing on the sofa in the room so we just requested a blanket, but I still find it odd that they do not provide enough beds for the occupancy of the room….. The staff are all lovely, Akbar is brilliant, he stands over you whilst you write a review which is why he is in all the reviews…. But he’s so lovely and provides you with coffee and chocolate for the children 😊. A great stay, well worth it….

The extra charge for a bed!!

Great location (you can see the Burj Khalifa from your room!!), amazing, I mean really amazing staff, nice big rooms, good food, a good gym and a very nice pool, and a great location! Oh! And they will even offer you daily lifts to Kite beach, Dubai Mall and Metro station in their fabulous SUV's, no extra charge!!! Hands down, one of, If not the best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in. Did I mention the great location of the hotel?

A few more sunbeds in the pool area would be nice...

Nice clean room tha staff are absolutely fantastic from front desk to our drivers we had.i wish more hotels had this kind of staff nothing is a problem for them.

The sand dunning tour we booked. We paid $500 AUD for a 20min sand dune tour nothing exciting about it.i could have drove the dunes better.really upsetting to spend that kind of money for nothing. Wont recommend this to anyone.

We always stay at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Hotel Dubai. It truly feels like our second home. The room size is amazing, and the location is perfect just a short walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Burj Park, and many restaurants. There’s also a 24/7 supermarket nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Dubai Mall five times a day, and it’s very easy to find a taxi. A special thanks to Mr. Sallam, the Front Office Manager, and Mr. Swapnil, the Night Manager. They are always ready to help with anything we need. I also want to appreciate Shahzad from the Concierge Department. He always goes above and beyond in helping us with restaurant bookings, arranging taxis, and taking care of all our needs. One of the main reasons we always come back is because of Shahzad excellent service. I highly recommend Ramada Downtown to my family and friends!

Location of the property, near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, about 15 mins walk. Cheaper compared to other properties near the area. Staff are all nice. There's a 24 hour convenience store nearby (Spinney's).

The room was absolutely perfect. In fact, we were generously upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment to comfortably accommodate myself, my wife, and our son. This thoughtful upgrade gave us all the space we needed and was offered at a very favorable, preferential rate. The apartment included a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to enjoy breakfast together each morning in the comfort of our own space. What truly elevated the experience was the stunning view overlooking the Burj Khalifa fountain—absolutely exceptional. The level of care and excellence we received from staff was outstanding. Maduka, in particular, went above and beyond to meet every request with such care, and Hawazen was always welcoming and wonderfully helpful.

There was nothing we did not like! We simply liked everything, both the hotel, its location downtown, and the staff.
