Parking not enough i wait long time my home im Abu Dhabi i come to Dubai every 2 weeks but wait long time to much because i come very far and stay in hotel only for 4 or 5 hours but wait outside long time its not good i think right only this i have to say but everything very good very beautiful and very clean

Friendly people I like the location

The room smelling like smoking. It’s not like the pictures on Booking little bit old.

The staff in reception were very friendly & always available to answer the questions. During checkout, Mr.Sunil & his colleague helped us to move the luggage. The breakfast was good but it's quite repetitive. If there's any problem, they're quick to resolve. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the metro. Supermarkets & lot of restaurants around. Can't think of anything, which could have made our stay better!

Room is clean and big enough.

The staff is really very friendly and nice. Breakfest is nice, location is okay (Dubai mall is on 20 minutes from there). I would recommend for someone who is traveling alone like I was. We can say it is clean, but because everything is old it look a little bit dirty.

The building is old, the furniture and everything is old. Damaged, but for short stay it's fine, I would say 250qar is the fine price, everything above that is too much for the place.

Was upgraded and was a very nice experience, the room was very spacious and the staff the best, everything from the breakfast buffet to the amenities in the room was great. (only small issue was a weird odor, water leak maybe)

Lights, please more lights in the rooms :) this is a must, its nice to be cosy and all and dim light but give the option to have more lights. this is very important and since was upgraded to a nice roomy place with an office, more lights in the office area is a must

This is my second stay at Time Plaza Dubai Airport Hotel in Al Quasis. I chose this Hotel again because the place itself is spacious with all amenities, the rooms are large & comfortable, the bed is extremely comfortable, the cleanliness of the Hotel & rooms are of a fantastic standard, the staff are always helpful & on hand 24/7 to answer questions or requests you may have. If anything is defective in the room or you require water bedding etc they are on hand immediately to deal with the issue nothing is too little. There is a lovely area on the roof top where the swimming pool is located, a wonderfully hot & invigorating jacuzzi & also a gym, great to use first thing in the morning or at any other time of the day to suit. There are a couple of staff who I got to know by name Sunil & Purnir on reception, such lovely guys. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

There is nothing I didn't like at Time. Having to leave.

An excellent hotel overall—great location, cleanliness, services, and spacious rooms—but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Yunus. His warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience especially welcoming and memorable.
