The location was great, it was close proximity to most places. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very clean and quiet. It's definitely a great choice if you want a calmer luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. The pool looked wonderful aswell. Special thanks to Pamela from reception, and Helen and Dee from the spa for making our stay excellent!

The layout is a bit odd (not anybody's fault) but the reception is on the 18th floor. We were very confused when we first arrived because we couldnt find the reception😂 We asked the employees for guidance and they were helpful!

The Hotel is beautiful , tastefully decorated with one of the largest rooms in Dubai. Breakfast was amazing, big variety of food and the staff were very friendly especially Ahmad who was very attentive. The Cigar Bar was amazing with a classic design that matches the cigars that were served there. Miss Yu and Miss Anna serving there were amazing and since I was spending a lot of time at the Cigar Bar they knew what I usually order and my drinks were ready every time I went there. The Spa was out of this world, great service in a relaxing and beautiful setting. My first expression was outstanding especially when I arrived early in the morning and Miss. Pamela at the front desk managed to let me have an early check in, she was very charming and helpful through out my stay there and made me feel home away from home. The hotel is beautiful , but the service and the staff are outstanding. I congratulate the hotel on having great staff.

Everything was lovely. Some staff were exceptional others were timid and lacked confidence. Breakfast was overcrowded and hectic at peak times. Ahmed stood at as someone special and knew what he was doing to make guests feel comfortable. The spa was exceptional - shout out for Anna. Concierge was mediocre often either no one there or a long que.

I need many pages to write about what I liked... starting with the speed of checking in... the friendliness of the staff... the elegance of the hotel... The view of the rooms is wonderful from both sides.. the comfort of the facilities... the dedication of the staff to serving guests... When I left the room in the middle of the day, I left my book on the table and when I returned, I found a page separator to use when reading. That was the kindest thing anyone could do for me…

Nothing .. every things were PERFECT

It was our sons second birthday the day before we got the hotel and they made such a big thing of it. So cute. They left a note/ card/ dates etc. Beautiful. Across the road is an emirate flight centre where you can drop your suitcases the night before. Walking distance to the Burj Khalifa ( I WOULD NOT walk in the summer hot months) The hotel is very stylish and modern in decoration.

There was not a lot of room at the sides of the bed for the moveable travel cot. I would suggest maybe moving the desk to the other side of the pillar, which would allow you to put the cot next to the bed. The breakfast in the morning was not good value for money or particularly nice.

The staff here truly embody what a five-star hospitality experience should be. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team demonstrated attentiveness, professionalism, and authentic warmth. Their meticulous attention to detail, swift responses to any request, and welcoming attitude made our stay unforgettable. A special shout-out goes to Seyam for going above and beyond. If you’re looking for luxury and unmatched service, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the cleanliness, the quality, the hospitality, everything was perfect. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the room service was excellent, the location was phenomenal, the room I stayed in literally had a view of the burj Khalifa, it’s a 4 min drive to Dubai mall. I really loved my stay in Waldorf Astoria and I hope to be back soon

I like everything in this hotel. Awesome room with gorgeous view. Marvelous breakfast as I expected. I love the pool area. very clean and quite. Also there is a steam room which I really enjoyed. All the staff were helpful. Hotel location is great. My room was huge with amazing bathroom. I loved every second of my time in WA DIFC and hopefully visit again very soon.

Very minor thing, the TV package was not as good as the hotel. I wanted to watch Euro 2024 football matches but they were not on TV.

The room was impeccable, very comfortable, well designed and very well serviced. The staff, concierge and everyone I met went over and above to help. In particular, Patricia from concierge and Felix, restaurant manager of Bull & Bear were extremely generous with their time and advice on local area questions. The spa was very relaxing and I recommend the flotation tank to rejuvenate.
