Staff in the restaurant and kids’ club were outstanding, super friendly and kind. The food was very good and overall the hotel is decent with plenty activities for smaller children.

Russians, Russians, Russians - toooo many Russians! Probably around 80-90% of all hotel guests were Russians. Apparently, they come on all inclusive package with unlimited (alcoholic) drinks, so they drink all day behaving aggressively, no manners, and unable to speak English. It’s just such an unpleasant environment to be surrounded by so many rude Russians. Even though the hotel, its staff and facilities were good, we wouldn’t recommend staying there if you are looking for a more relaxed and calming atmosphere.

The check in process was breeze . Room service by house keeping needs improvement since it's delayed also and every time you need to call 2-3 times for basic amenities like Separate dental kit, towels etc . We wewre surprised to know when we asked for one plate , they asked 15 and extra .. never experienced such a thing in wherever we travelled these years . Location is good but disturbed by ongoing construction nearby

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Everything was clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Excellent location.

Overall had a great experience. Location, Food Choices, & Rooms were superb with a pretty good view of the sea. 3 Pools with private beach access was definitely a plus and well maintained. It is definitely worth a visit!

The housekeeping staff should have good telephone etiquette, and proper training should be given to the staff. They seemed least interested in answering the call, and service was okay. Customer Service could be improved as I felt it was not on par with the high standard set by Radisson.

Great location, away from the dirt and the frantic pace of Dubai. If you care for a familiar food taste, there is a mall with nice restaurants only 2 miles away and a nice burger joint along the waterfront.

We stayed 3 times over a period of 2 weeks, in different rooms. Every single one had problems with the shower - the temperature would go up and down, oscillating between burning hot and unpreasantly cold. It seems like a problem of the installation. Another minor annoyance was initial check-in - it took instead of the expected 5 minutes enywhere between 10 and 20 minutes. Still, quite a pleasant stay overall.

I recently stayed at Radisson Marjan Island and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a beautiful location, excellent facilities, and a very comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded expectations. the breakfast was great

the check-in process was quite disappointing. There was a long queue at registration, which was frustrating after a long journey. To make matters worse, some of the staff at the front desk were noticeably rude and unhelpful, which left a negative first impression. That said, the rest of the stay was truly enjoyable, and the quality of the hotel made up for the rough start. With some improvement in front desk service, this place would easily deserve a five-star rating.

We had an amazing stay at Arabian Park Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming reception made us feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff was exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. A special mention goes to Naseer, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. All of these people gave excellent service- Salahi,, Waqer, Ravi, Ashith, Arshad, Marian, Chinky, Kandrojan and Naqeeb. From the moment I arrived, I was treated well. I was allowed to check in early and check out later. The rooms are separate from the main reception area, but a valet will take your luggage to your room. The room was lovely with amazing sea views from the bed and balcony . I will book that side of the hotel again. The bed has different pillows with different firmness. There were enough towels in the bathroom, there was no bath sadly. There was also herbal mint tea in the room, which I appreciated. The food options at the breakfast and evening buffet were great. If you wanted something that wasn’t there, all I had to was ask. The wait staff also remembered my name and how I liked my eggs and coffee. Superb! They were friendly and kind, no matter how incredibly busy they were over the Eid period. They did an amazing job seating everyone relatively quickly on the Sunday and it was super busy for breakfast. The weekend evening entertainment is noisy but such fun. The children seemed to really enjoy themselves. If you want a quiet night, don’t sit in the middle raised section. The DJ was fab, as was the young lady animating the children . There are three pools, but the top one is not adults only as I was told when checking in. The beach has plenty of loungers and is lovely. I will definitely be going back and would have liked to stay another night, but prices were more than the two nights I had already stayed!

Ensure that the ladies answering the ‘0’ number can speak English. I had to repeat what I said soo many times each time I spoke with them, even in person. Check the shower in 411 as it ranged from scolding hot to freezing cold during each shower. Ensure there is enough body cream etc in the bathroom. Perhaps provide a towel collection point on the roof pool area rather than having to go back down to the children’s fun pool to pick up a towel.

The facilities were amazing - the beach view room was really nice The room was clean, all the tools were available which made the stay very comfortable The waiters in the restaurant were very helpful and very nice specially Ibrahim - breakfast was very good with good variety and good options

The receptionist delayed the checkin process - took almost 30 min although we were on time for check in at 3:00 pm She was asking so many irrelevant questions like how much did u pay for the booking - which she should’ve not asked since it’s a booking.com reservation Also the dinner wasn’t the best - it was okay in general.

The hotel has a good private beach very close to the rooms with beds and umbrellas and also some swimming pools for enjoy. The restaurants and bars are also nice and the buffet breakfast was very complete with a lot of different options.

There was some construction going on in the beach area that was making noise, and unfortunately on both sides of the hotel there are new buildings under construction. Sometimes the noise was annoying and didn't let us relax properly.
