Welcoming staff and was prompt to react to any guest request. Location The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.

I booked a room with a walk-in shower. Indeed I got such a room however the tiles in the shower were very very slippery (no bars). So I asked for a bath mat the hotel had none. They went out to get one unfortunately it was a cheap one that was also slippery. I would suggest to the management having one bath mat in each room with walk in shower as the tiles (even though they looked very nice) are definitely too dangerous to anyone. I finally got moved to a different room with a non-slippery walking in shower.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Great location.

Parking at the hotel is valet only and quite expensive at $64 a night. One of the other lots is not secure. We parked very nearby at a secure lot for $40 per 24 hour period with in and out privileges. The check-in was not smooth as they failed to notify us via text or email regarding the availability of our room as promised. They failed to service our room between 08:00 and 17:00 when we were out of the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights not consecutive - the first night was noisy with a constant humming of a blower or fan was heard all night from the outside of the hotel, which in Denver is pretty common, requesting a quiet room is not always easy to get. The second night we were in a different room and it was much quieter without the constant humming.

The bed was amazing! My trip was a girls weekend and I shared the queen bed with a friend. It was so comfortable, I could not even feel when she moved. All of us slept really well. Also, the rooms were very quiet. We were close to the elevator and I never heard it in our room. I didn't even hear neighbors or people in the hallway.

After using booking.com to reserve, I was offered an upgrade for a small additional cost. The upgrade should have included a larger room with a tub, but we only had a shower in our room. I was trying to find a happening area of downtown Denver with shops and restaurants nearby, however many buildings near the Magnolia were empty. It seems like downtown Denver is in a transition.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The lobby was nice and breakfast was actually good. Room was cozy with a super comfortable bed. Best part is the location - you can walk to the historic center in like 2 minutes. So convenient for exploring. Valet service was fast and easy, staff was friendly throughout, also pet-friendly with no extra fees. Would stay again!

Food and service at the bar/restaurant were great, room was comfortable, and the location was excellent!

The printing at the business center wasn't great. There was no ink and the tablets didn't work very well. The wifi was fine in the room but really slow in the bar/restaurant area.

I liked everything. Obviously my bedroom didn't have views or anything but I truly did not care (Denver views meh) but it was literally next to the vending machines so that was fantastic. The location is so good to go anywhere, uber or walking. The people in the hotel was SO SO SO awesome and nice. Food was so good... 100% will recommend.

Everything was great! We enjoyed our Denver date very much! Only thing is parking costs extra. We sad parked and it was $30 for overnight. The parking garage is not associated with Magnolia but they are attached, so very convenient!

The very heavy strong artificial scents through out the building. I’m very sensitive to chemicals and perfumes so it was instant headaches the second we came in the hotel doors. Everything else was wonderful!

The staff was great BUT we never received any housekeeping services for our entire stay, 3 nights even when requested. We had to ask for fresh towels each days well.

Loved the upgrade Lisa gave me to a King Suite. Lots of little extras, extremely kind and friendly staff and a lovely location. Will definitely stay again!
