Five-Star Service We stayed for 5 nights in June, moving son into college here. We were impressed by the quality of the staff and overall property. From check-in to check-out, the experience was on par with what you’d expect at a high-end resort. The staff here is professional, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in their work. What stood out most was seeing the manager himself outside picking up trash around the property—something you rarely see at any hotel, let alone a budget-friendly one. That kind of hands-on care speaks volumes about the culture and standards upheld here. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hot free breakfast area was spotless, well-stocked, and inviting each morning. Wi-Fi worked great in the business office and front bedrooms, which I highly recommend requesting. They're quieter, have better connectivity, and offer a more relaxing stay overall. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was weak in the back, and that’s where we encountered the only downside to an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, if you’re looking for a stay in Winter Park that blends value with top-tier service, the Baymont is a fantastic choice—especially if you book a room toward the front of the property.

Disrespectful guests in the rear area were screaming late into the night and left trash around the premises—behavior that was completely out of step with the hotel’s standards. Their trash degraded the premises.The outstanding staff here doesn’t deserve to have their hard work diminished by this clientele.

I stayed for two days because of my orientation for UCF and the hotel is 12 minutes away. Super friendly staff they even helped me print out a parking pass that I had forgotten. It served its purpose and regardless we weren’t going to spend much time in the hotel it was just a place to shower and sleep. It is super affordable and you can’t expect an all inclusive resort for that price. The breakfast is good. All in all, It was a great price for a great experience and it deserves more credit.

The layout of the room was interesting and nice, with more space between the ac unit and the beds. The value was also pretty great.

For a new renovation, it was a shoddy job. A hole in the back of the counter, molding not finished, just a general unprofessional look. But it didn't affect the comfort, just the feel of the stay. Smell also was a bit odd, maybe very heavy on chemicals? I'm not sure. They also apparently just changed companies bc the sign said Best Western so we were very confused at first.

All the employees I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities were well maintained.

It was somewhat noisy due to its proximity to highway. Breakfast menu had little variation for long-time stays. Some people were smoking in the hallway and parking lot.

Everything. Would stay there again.

There was nothing not to like about the motel. I loved the staff and how they were professional and pleasant.

Hotel is easy to find. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean property. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Coffee at breakfast was not strong enough for me, but I do like very strong coffee. The room had new flooring and updated furniture and decor, but the building is older and the air was a bit stale when we first entered.

The lady in the morning had a little attitude. Because I Ask her what going to be next to the bacon. She came at me with attitude..but didn't pay her no mine and say have a nice day thank you..
