The hotel staff were all lovely - especially Christien (not sure on the spelling). The snack shop is very convenient and the laundry room was easy to use - we left with all clean clothes. The shuttle to the parks is great but it’s easy to get an Uber to and from them if you want to go at different times as the hotel is situated close to Disney and Universal. The hotel was modern, spacious and clean, and the staff were all very accommodating when we needed anything. Our room was lovely- the kitchen was great, it was clean, our bed was comfy and the fridge/freezer meant that we could always have cold drinks. I would definitely return if we were to ever come back to Orlando again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This hotel was clean and had a nice pool it was close to the parks and many restaurants close by. It was so nice to walk win dixie to the grocery store and make meals in the kitchenette, the beds were nice and soft and the rooms were nice with no odors or signs of bugs! they even had a free laundry room which was great!

12.50 fee to store luggage they did not tell me about.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Candlewood Suites – Orlando – Lake Buena Vista 🏨 Why We Chose This Hotel After much research, we decided that a full kitchen was a must-have so we could prepare healthy meals during our stay. This hotel checked all the boxes—great location, spacious rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen that made eating well on vacation easy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed: refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, microwave, kitchenware, dishwasher, stovetop, and toaster. The only thing we wished for was a washer and dryer in the room since we were staying for so long. But the free laundry facility on the first floor worked just fine! 📍 Location – Perfect! The hotel is in an ideal spot for anyone visiting Orlando’s attractions. It’s just a 7-minute drive to Disney Springs (or a 30-minute walk) and 2miles from Publix. There’s also a 24-hour Walgreens right around the corner, plus plenty of restaurants nearby. Getting to Walt Disney World parks is a breeze with no traffic, and Universal and SeaWorld are less than 20 minutes away. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the theme parks, but we didn’t use it since we had our own car. 🚗 Parking – Easy & Safe Although there is a nightly parking fee, the garage is secure and has plenty of available spots. Super convenient! 🤝 Staff – Friendly & Helpful The staff was always ready to help and incredibly friendly. They were on top of our needs throughout our long stay. 🧼 Cleanliness – Impeccable! The hotel is super clean! Housekeeping is done weekly, but you can always request extra linens and towels at the front desk. 🛏️ Room – Spacious, Comfortable & Silent We stayed as a couple with a 5-year-old in a one-bedroom suite, and it was perfect. The suite had a full kitchen, a spacious living room, a large bathroom, and a king-size bed with plenty of space. It was very comfortable for a long stay and gave us the flexibility to cook our own meals. One of the best parts? It was super quiet!

Room was nice and very clean. Bed was very comfy.

The carpet in the hallways outside the rooms looked stained and dirty. Smelled a little musty. Didn’t like that I had to pay $65 for parking and was not aware of this until checking in and out. Would have stayed at a Disney property and put that money toward the room rather than paying for daily parking at a hotel.

The location was great. I loved the size of the room. I love the fact that you can do laundry at no additional charge. Perfect for families.

The hidden fees resort fee is dead wrong. They should let people know ahead of time. That fee is in addition to the deposit. Also the fact that they try to charge for parking as if you haven't paid enough just to stay there. Also, the parking arrangements are horrible. There's only two handicap parking spots in the front of the building. You have to walk very, very, very far from a dark parking garage. The handicap parking spots should be regular parking because it's not convenient.

Proximity to the parks. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The laundry room is well equipped. Rooms are relatively quiet. There are always staff at the reception and they can always solve our problems. Carpark is a bit expensive but we know that in advance and there is plenty of spaces.

Housekeeping every 7 days. By the time we realised that we need to book in advance, we didn't get any service until the 10th day of our 12 day stay. There is a microwave but no oven in the room and a general lack of utensils in the kitchenette. That limits the possibilities of making better meals other than the very basic. I was told by the reception that there's no loyalty points for this stay.

Front desk young man was amazing.I love the location. Room are huge and quiet and clean. I’m extremely picky person I always check even for bed bugs.So when I tell you it was clean trust me it is. No bed bugs!!!

The rooms need air freshener it smelled a little muggy

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, but some time had passed in-between the visits. I really like the location of the hotel (despite the Disney Springs traffic) and the staff were very nice. Check in and check out were quick and easy processes. The room was very clean and very spacious. I really like how the room includes a lot of storage space and the kitchenette as well.

The only thing that I do not like is the parking garage; especially at night. I also wish that new towels would come without having to call. We were there for 4 nights and going to theme parks. Showers were constant and having new towels there would have been nice. But that's just being nit picky. Overall the stay was great.

One large bed, bath, dresser, counter, kitchenette, A/C, cable. The pool was excellent. Laundry room excellent. Exercise room excellent. Room service excellent.

To my surprise parking is not included. If you bring a car/suv/truck they will charge you for parking. I think it was $17 a day. It is a multi-level garage. Gated. Use room key card. The biggest disappointment was the dishwasher. Stinks to high heaven. Clearly was used but never cleaned. So bad that I didn't bother asking the desk for service. I would not use it even after a cleaning. Needs to be trashed.
