I really liked my stay here. The staff were really nice. The beautiful black lady(I forget her name) that operated the shuttle back to the airport the next day stood out for me, she really left a wonderful impression. Check-in was quick. My room was so huge with adequate facilities in case I wanted to eat in it, and my bed was just so comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and a cinema which was just fantastic. A one night stay I thought would be boring ended up being brilliant thanks to the Cuban food truck and Epic Theatre that were close enough. I’m not big on breakfast myself unless there are fruit platters and oats, so I was happy they had an awesome selection of oats from quakers, which I devoured and an apple. All in all, I’m glad I booked this hotel. Great choice. The only recommendation I’d have is to add Yoghurt to the little marketplace you have in the reception and as a breakfast buffet add-on too. Maybe even muesli or granola or both. I was surprised there were none of these. But yeah, great experience.

Nothing comes to mind apart from the lack of yoghurt at the marketplace behind the reception and at breakfast.

What's not to like... the area and building are great. The only thing is rhou.... when I was in the ddl bed room the TV was big which was great. But when I got the king bed, the tv to bed ratio was totally wrong... the tv was too too small for the room. The place of it on the dresser to the left and not centered to the bed itself. It makes viewing the tv hard as well as hearing the sound... Reposition the tv/ stand-dresser/ centered to the king bed.....BIGGER TV FOR THE KING ROOMS AS WELL. That would give the king room. I was in an even better visual appeal when entering for the first time. Thank you, I look forward to my next stay at one of your locations, if not this one. L Warrell

The staff was very attentive, and we were greeted with a smile, which was really nice! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We specifically enjoyed the variety of bagels offered. The eggs, sausage and waffle maker were a nice treat as well. In addition, the hotel is within 6 minutes to the MCO airport, and the hotel is close to restaurants that deliver using apps such as Uber, DoorDash, etc.

We enjoyed our stay however we would only suggest 2 areas that could use improvement. We would suggest a more modern coffee maker in the room and a little bit more soap (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). Other than that, we are happy with our stay.

Lovely staff, this was in my opinion the big winner but definitely Wyndham is making a big difference ie breakfast & the area was very good/modern 👍

Probably needs some updating ie lift, beds a bit on the small side but there was 3 big adults plus wife so…!

The room was neat and clean! We liked how the staff was always available and helpful. Breakfast was free which is always great. They do have an airport shuttle, but it did not fit their schedule so we couldn't utilize it.

Their breakfast did not have a great variety. It would be nice if they had more fruit and chicken options. In the room, they didn't have hand soap but it wasn't a big issue since we brought hand wipes and weren't staying long.

Incredibly close to Orlando International Airport (MCO), this hotel offered a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport that was quick and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Main elevators by check-in are not operational, therefore guests have to walk to the only other set of elevators in the rear of the hotel or take the stairs. The elevators that were operational were in serious need of renovations as they smell bad and appear to be in severe disrepair. The hotel itself would benefit from new carpet installation as the current carpet is covered in stains and the hallways could use a fresh coat of paint.

The breakfast was adequate for the type of stay and price point. The room itself was clean and fairly up to date. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in need of updating in common areas. It is beginning to look worn and tired with visible minor physical damage to the building and staining on carpet throughout. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more diligent. The carpet was a bit dirty, dust had accumulated on the cabinet holding the television and I found a hair under the pillow on my bed. You could tell the linens were fresh, perhaps cleaning staff could wear their hair back.

We loved the room, staff and breakfast.

Had trouble getting the key to work in the door. Had to take it back twice. Only 1 staff was working and it was very busy but she was still very helpful and nice but you could tell she was tired. When asked if she was always the only one working when it was that busy she said there were people sitting in the office.

good location, lot of employee, useful personnel, clean.includes breakfast. it’s true all days is same offer breakfast but it is, you choose what to eat.

principal elevator not worked while i’m there, used service elevator. air extractor on bathroom does not work. and the bread toast should be replaced. all other is perfect. maybe a change of the hot menu time to time would be desirable . overall always there is a opportunity to be best but compare to others place i stayed this was great

Pretty much everything. We had to check in at two in the morning very tired 13 hours in the air. The front desk staff checked us in in just a few minutes and made us feel relaxed. The room was clean and a very comfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning who was a bonus because that other La Quintas we stayed in over the last several years around the country, there was no hot breakfast.

Everything was great
