The location was nice, next to the bar my spouse and I like and directly across from a Walmart so if we ran out of personal necessities it was easy to fix. Location was nice and relative distance from family we came to see. And the amenities were also nice.

During the contenental breakfast, my spouse and daughter and I were fixing our places within the time of the breakfast and one of the staff members jumped in front of us to clear everything out as we were getting our breakfast and we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast that day. She was on her phone and gossiping g the entire time just completely oblivious to the guests it seemed very rude.

I was looking place to stay near Gibbs Gardens , and found this hotel . I did not expect much, but this really good budget place ! Very clean and bed very comfortable as well! It’s excellent hotel for the budget travelers! I definitely will stay more if in area!

Everything I needed I got at this hotel so nothing to complain about ! In fact locations pretty good and some restaurants in area to eat or just go to Walmart 200 feet away and buy there .

The $100 refundable extra charge at check-in was excessive. I worked in the hotel business and we never did this to our guests. I don't know what type of clientele they have at their properties to make this charge. It is not an example of good customer service, the notification of the charge was buried at the bottom of the confirmation in an area most guests do not read, and it certainly causes extra work for their staff. The sheets on our bed had three small blood stains. The sheet was clean but certainly should have been removed from Housekeeping circulation. The property was excellent for easy access to Northside Hospital. My husband was scheduled for a very early morning surgery. I would recommend the property for that. Overall it was clean, the room was good and the staff was very nice.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean and newer.

Blow drier didn’t work. Refrigerator was broken. Items inside the refrigerator only were cool. We told the staff but I have a feeling both items have been broken for awhile.

Tiara at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We had come the ATL Airport where we had been stuck for 36 hours to get a rental car. Our initial reservation at AVIS did not go through, so she tracked down a car for us at Enterprise. Super helpful!

Walls were a little thin.

The cleanliness could have been better had to get the cleaning staff in to get the garbage out from under the headboard. I have pictures!

We had no real issues in particular. Some people were very loud next door around midnight, but after we mentioned this to the check in clerk she addressed the issue and the people remained quiet after that.

Location was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

No complaints from me about my stay.

The location of the hotel was great because of the close distance to many of the attractions around Canton.

There wasn't anything that stood out to not like.

Actually surprised at how clean and comfortable. I don't know how new it is but it felt new, nicely sized room (king) for our dog beds too. Nice grassy area for the dogs to do their business. Great staff.
