This hotel was a wonderful stay! While there were minor items that needed repair (small maintenance issues), there was nothing major wrong. 1. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband had back surgery during our stay and they gave us the closest possible room to the exit, which was also a handicap room. We were so grateful for the extra space. When it came time to get him comfortable afterwards, they provided us with 2 extra large pillows that were just perfect for the job. 2. Speaking of comfort, the bed - UGH! It was most definitely one of the more comfortable beds I've slept in, in a very long time. The pillows were marvelously soft and the room was inviting, smelled clean, and looked sparkling fresh! 3. Upon walking into the lobby, again there were some spots in the carpet and small things like that that needed attention - BUT is was SO CLEAN. Shiny, and smelled so fresh! This was refreshing after our last stay in boise at another hotel where felt like maybe it just wasn't the standard in the area. But this place topped it! 4. The pool was huge. The pool itself was clean, I'll get to the negative in a moment. 5. Huge breakfast room, lots of options. Maybe not the biggest variety, but most of the favs! Lots of setting. Decor is nice. Also clean!! The breakfast lady was in there nearly the entire time cleaning up and checking on things.

My ONLY complaint: The hot tub could've been much cleaner. We went in right when the sun was setting through the glass and you could see EVERYTHING. All the floating skin and hair. It wasn't slimey or disgusting by any means but when we turned on the jets I believe I saw mold floating around and it was enough to not enjoy it as much as we would've liked.

The room was cool and comfortable. It is newly renovated having just opened up recently as the Comfort Suites at this location. I loved the pool and spa area and the beds were nice and comfy. I also appreciated that housekeeping comes in each day to make beds and clean up unless you ask them not to. A lot of hotels got away from this with covid and personally I have really missed it as I feel that's part of staying in a hotel. It was so nice to get back after a full day of baseball and have a nice clean room and turned down beds.

The breakfast was great the first time we went but, Monday morning when we were getting ready to head out they were out of milk, yogurt, and a few other things making the selection very limited. This is an area that could be improved upon but definitely not complaining since as a new location there are always glitches to be worked through and we were glad to have it included in the cost. We also would have liked it to go a little later. Breakfast hours are 6:30 - 9:30 but, on the weekends we felt it should go till at least 10 or 10:30.

The room was a very nice size - plenty of room to move around. The room and hotel were clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked the shower. The staff was good.

We had a toilet that was running in our bathroom and it took a couple of times to get it fixed properly. The shower was nice, but the shower curtain was a little short and didn’t quite fully cover the tub.

The room was excellent! Roomy, clean, all the th8ngs we needed and asked for. Easy to get to and price was cheapest for what we needed!

The freeway was so loud. And any voices in the hallway was heard clear as day from the farthest part of the room. Breakfast staff was very short with us and almost rude, it was an extremely busy weekend, but that shouldn't be an excuse.

I wanted a room with the tub in the room not the bathroom I was Mislead my the pictures there is a spa tub in the bathroom of one room and I guess it’s called a whirlpool in the other room so I was disappointed when we got there and it was just a big bath tub in the bathroom but we stay here often and it’s a nice hotel

The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and good quality. We loved that we could have our dog there. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was really good too.

There were a bunch of earwigs in our room, especially the bathroom. It didn’t bother us a whole lot, we understand things like this happen. Our young daughter was pretty creeped out by them though.

Everything. Facility was very clean, bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint we would have is that we wished there would be a staff person behind the front desk all the time. We went to check out and no staff person was around to give us a receipt.

The cost of the room with the accommodations was on point. Location was more than perfect for our needs as it was less than a 30 minute drive to get where I needed to go. The bedd were amazing and I absolutely love the bed in the bag for the pull out bed idea and it was put together so well!

I believe the hours for breakfast could have been a little more convenient; I had to be at an appointment at 7:00 a.m. breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:00 I believe although those seem like pretty normal or accommodating I feel like they could have been a little longer of a time frame like 6 to 10:00 or 6:30 to 10:30 not everybody travels for business purposes and even in my case where I did I still wasn't able to enjoy the included breakfast because of the time frames. I also think that if there were plastic utensils included with the coffee accommodations that would be super helpful

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was tasty. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. So handy for me!!!

We had 2 keys for our room. We never knew which one worked better because each time the keys would trick us. Guess we should have gotten new keys (cards).

I’ve stayed here many times and always find it clean, comfortable with a great location for my needs.

The toilet in the room was hard to flush. To flush you had to hold the handle down and flush it multiple times.
