Honestly didn’t get a chance to use much facilities. Although I liked the fact a majority of things had 24/7 access. I was in a terrible situation and just needed a room for the night before heading back home. The rates were competitive and the room was nice. The thing that stood out the most was staff. Particularly Martin. He’s just an awesome guy. My day was terrible, and you could tell he cared to change that around as much as he could. He’s in good spirits and helpful. Just an all around people person. Glad to have chosen this location and had this interaction. He definitely changed my attitude about my situation. He deserves a raise AND a promotion hahaha. In all seriousness, take care of him. He’s a great employee and asset to have

Not a single issue

The variety of breakfast each day. The proximity to all the stores and highways. The staff at the desk late at night that helped when the key card didn't work. . The housekeeping staff did a great job not disturbing and cleaning when the sign was placed on door like I wanted. And the hotel was quiet. I felt safe

The hours for breakfast were shorter than other best western hotels. They don't have free on demand tv stations like other best westerns. And the parking lot did get full at night.n

I’m a local had to stay at a hotel a few times over a month as work was happening at my home and out of the 3 I stayed at, this one was the best. Very clean & comfortable the free breakfast was great lots of options room was quiet. The kids 11 & 15 loved the pool and jacuzzi except when adults took over.

The room with 2 queens is a little small but not a big deal. And the hotel really isn’t within walking distance to anything for the kids to do but you can walk to a Wendy’s and an In and Out Panda Express and a Starbucks so there’s that. Also there’s an Arco gas station so lots of snacks and junk

Very clean and the only safe place to stay in the area. The girl who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Room was very clean and spacious.

Location. It would have been nice if there were more restaurants within walking distance.

The service, price and location of the hotel was very good. Also, I felt very safe staying there. The staff went above and beyond to book me and my coworker, when we needed to stay an additional night. I found this hotel to be way better than my experience at the Doubletree. I definitely will be staying here doing my long work days.

Everything met my expectations.

It was close to my event, need more handicap parking, need extra blankets in room for each bed hotel was at capacity and it wasn't another blanket available our room was very cold

Toilet was entirely too LOW

no lip in showers, if not carefully the entire bathroom floor would have been wet.. no other negative input. I was happy the shower drain had excellent drainage.

Breakfast good. Room comfortable for 3 day stay.

Lights at bedsides are not good for bed book reading. This is a general issue with most BestWestern motels.

The breakfast was good. Especially the cheesey eggs and the waffles. Fruit choices were low. Liked the coffee machine with the lattea choice.

The bed was harder than I like. Pillows were not comfortable. Too hard and lumpy.Met our needs

Lots of amenities - a fitness center, small bar (got a drink ticket for a free beer upon check-in), dining area, and business center. Seems pretty new and very clean. Located very close to a couple gas stations, restaurants, and CA-14.

Not much, but I wish there were luggage carts readily available.
