The receptionist Chelsey, was helpful and friendly. She didn't have any problem assisting me. She was professional and had patience in dealing with the kids asking questions at one time.

One of the rooms had roaches. The other room water in the bathroom was coming out dirty/discolored couldn't take a shower. Chelsey was pleasant and changed my room with roaches. The overnight staff has an attitude and comes off as racist She didn't change the room or make any accommodations (dirty water).

The place was a little outdated but it was very clean, and I liked the location because there was fast food places all around, so that was very convenient. My family and I decided to stay there for the night since we were going to New Orleans bright and early the next morning.

Got there an hour early and had to pay extra 50$ to check in. Then charged 2.05$ for fees from using Booking.com. Then was told elevator was not working after all paperwork was done. My wife has lung issues so had they not got it fixed, we would’ve had to go elsewhere. Would of been nice to know before we paid

The staff that checked us in was so polite and helpful. We asked for our 2 rooms to be close together, and they did even better by putting us in adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had good choices. We would stay here again.

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The overall appearance is a little dated. The hotel was very close to places to eat and shop.

Not applicable, the hotel was fine. There was nothing to dislike though the hotel room appeared smaller than anticipated. I liked my hotel experience.

Good location to reach New Orleans in just half an hour. Good breakfast muffins.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The boiled eggs where gummy, probably a week old or more. Other eggs where only available as omlette with no indication of ingredients (not ok for people with allergies or intolerances).

Bed was clean and comfortable.

Clerk was not friendly, somewhat sarcastic. I used my husbands card to book the room, she told me i couldn't check in with it and had to use a card that matched my drivers license, stated this was a new hotel policy and she didn't understand it either. "I just work here." We travel a lot and this has never been an issue at any hotel.

Loved the efficiency and fat check in by the friendly clerk. The room was very nice and clean, the bed linens were so soft. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast good and simple. Plenty of coffee. Staff very courteous and did a great job.

Parking lot had a concrete curb that extended into the direction of traffic flow. This curb section should be removed thus to eliminate a risk of a flat tire or vehicle damage.

Stayed 1 night on our way to our cruise ship. Would definitely stay here again. Did not eat breakfast but appeared to be typical hotel continental breakfast.
