We didn't stay for the breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The front desk staff was awesome and helpful when I needed a late checkout. He quickly signed me up for the Holiday Inn perks and boom, just like that, once signing up-I was allowed to have a late checkout at 2pm. Outside of being frustrated and getting lost (there are two sides to this hotel, with separate elevators), which the front desk clerk did give me the proper directions, I just didn't pay any attention, it was a very nice, clean, quiet overnight stay.

Our event on 9/21 was severely understaffed. Water to each table very late. Food not prepared on time, and not replenished soon enough. Had to constantly ask for knives and forks and clean plates, and napkins. Poorly executed by Holiday Inn. Front desk wasn’t even aware a big event was happening. No communication with staff and I’m sure no manager on site. Only 1 person on staff for breakfast the next morning. So sad.

Great location. Clean, beautiful facilities. Amazing hospitality. Every staff member we came along greeted us with a smile and a “how is your stay going”. I’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel before. Restaurant food was good and affordable pricing.

I don’t have any complaints.

The room was immaculate. The temperature was comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The food was very well prepared. The fresh fruit was a delight. Very surprised as this location was very busy but the staff was so accommodating that you were not aware just how busy it was.

There wasn't anything that i did not like about the hotel or our stay.

Staff was exceptional! Especially the night customer service agent. Her name was Elode,and she made my stay wonderful. She was engaging and personable and a fabulous reflection of great corporate experiences.

Key cards were somewhat difficult to use, and the ballast in the bathroom made a horrible noise.

Location was perfect for my high school reunion events. The hotel was there back in the 70s so it was special to be there in that sense, too.

Hallway was a bit noisy due to housekeeping going on. Not a problem for us, we just noticed the doors slamming.

Great hotel right off the highway exit. Not far is a Marshalls & Ross if you need to buy some things for your trip. The hotel was nice, comfy beds, easy check it, nice staff, good bathroom, T.V. with a good selection. Breakfast was filling.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay A LOT.

Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of fresh fruit, cage free eggs, coffee, juice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. TV was very big and picture was great.

It was frustrating keeping the temperature to a comfortable level. It was either too cold or too warm/humid. No vent in bathroom.
