I liked how the Hotel supplies a shuttle to get to the airport and from there we can catch the train to take us to the city. I loved the breakfast with everything changing from day to day. Sometimes we had frittatas and other times scrambled eggs but they always had an assortment of pastries, breads, cereals, oatmeal with all sorts of toppings, fruit, yogurts, coffees and juices. They have a small store in case you need snacks, meals, drinks, etc but it's over priced. Water should be free in a lobby but we had to purchase the water in their store since there aren't any stores in walking distance.

I didn't like the mattress because it was sloping at the edges causing me to slide towards the floor. Other than that everything else was fine.

The toilet paper here was amazing. I am actually taking the time to write this review and say this because usually hotels use cheapy thin toilet paper that disappears (not sure where it goes!) when you wipe but the toilet paper here was name brand high-quality, soft and thick paper! Its the small things!

I am a larger sized person (Think big and tall or Big lots) but with that being said toilet seat was a little bit small and low for me! Had a little bit of trouble positioning for the landing as well as standing back up. But the toilet paper made up for that !

This hotel was an excellent choice. It is conveniently located close to the airport, which made traveling very easy. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

However, one downside is that the hotel is not well connected to public transportation. To get to the nearby mall or even to the airport, you need to take a private taxi, which can be a bit inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort and cleanliness

Clean and nice feeling to the hotel room - I ended up there due to a canceled flight and appreciate having a place that felt clean, calm, and just nice to be in after a crazy day. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I appreciate the larger refilled shampoo/conditioner rather than individual mini bottles and had a nice shower. Also appreciate the shuttle to and from the hotel and many options at breakfast.

The fitness center only had some medicine balls and four cardio machines - no free weights. I could hear people in the hallway through my walls, but I was right near the elevator.

I like that the room can accommodate the 5 of us. With a sofa bed inside the room, all of us can sleep comfortably. Also even though there was a group of middle schoolers on school trip, we didn't hear any noises.

The carpark was alittle misleading. We realised on the morning of departure that we were supposed to put the label on the dashboard for parking. We didn't but we could still exit freely, so that was good. However, I question the efficacy and also whether it was reasonable to ask the guest to walk back out to the car to put the label on the dashboard after check-in. Just a thought.

Our arrival was great. The front desk staff made us feel comfortable and happy to be there. Our visit was during a very busy time, yet they still treated everyone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Housekeeping was outstanding, ensuring everything was to our liking. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly. One staff member who stood out was HUI CHIH. She greeted everyone with a smile and was ready to assist with anything asked of her and anticipate guests' needs. Nothing escaped her attention, from immediately cleaning spills almost as soon as they happened to ensuring the trays were always full. She was very professional and friendly, and I noticed that she remembered guests she had seen in previous days and greeted them in a very friendly yet respectful and professional manner. She interacted with everyone. All the staff members were outstanding, but she went above and beyond. If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

The genuine warmth and kindness of the staff, who seem to work as a team, by the way. if you want comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff, check them out. Absolutely special mention of Celeste and Rhonda! I was in a particularly difficult situation at the check-in counter. Celeste saw through it all. With kindness, she asked: "would you like some water?" Then, she, with the help of her supervisor, Rhonda, resolved my issue and sent me on my way smiling. I think my blood pressure was stabilized just with Celeste's smile and her kindness. Big up to you guys at SpringHill Suites!! Oh, did I say that the bed and pillows are very comfortable? Visit them. I plan to the next time I am in the area. See you there!

There should be an in-house restaurant, although the absence of one did not hinder me from receiving meals via direct order to third parties. An in-house restaurant is a "chill spot" on-site, somewhere to sit and eat and mingle at the bar. I would have loved to buy Celeste and Rhonda a drink, maybe a girlie cocktail. :-)

Good price, hearty breakfast and good staff. It was very convenient for our stay after our cancelled flight. The modest pool and hot tub were good to keep the kids occupied.

The shuttle service was a little bit difficult to figure out (especially for the pick up from the airport). There is no restaurant but the hotel facilitates take-out orders which compensates. As with all of the nearby hotels, you can't get anywhere on foot, so don't expect to kill time by having a leisurely stroll!

This hotel is great for coordinating your air and Amtrak travel when arriving in Newark. We used the hotel to bookend our recent East Coast trip. On arrival at Newark aiport, we used the hotel airport shuttle service for an overnight stay at the hotel, then back to the airport and the sky train to get to the nearby Amtrak station. We traveled by train to our destination in Rhode Island. Following our time in Rhode Island, we trained back to the airport, then to the hotel for another overnight before flying home the next day. All very easy to maneuver. And...the price was good in comparison to other hotels in the area.

One downside is there are no restaurants close to the hotel. We ate in the airport before going to the hotel.

The staff were lovely. Especially the breakfast, maintenance and housekeeping staff. My wheelchair broke and the maintenance man fixed it no problem. The guys who drove the airport bus were really friendly and helpful too.

Wasn’t on booking.com that I’d have to pay a refundable fee for ‘incidentals’. When questioning the reception staff it turns out that incidental fee is in case you charge anything to your room or damage anything. It was around $200. Also, you need to either use the hotel bus to get to the airport and travel by train/bus onwards or use an Uber/taxi to get anywhere. It makes a reasonably priced, clean, tidy hotel quite expensive in the long run.
