Beautifully appointed rooms, spotlessly clean interior and exteriors, fantastic breakfast offerings, ample parking and close to so many stores and restaurants, lastly -- beautiful biking / running trails along the Mohawk River (just a short drive away). There's also a nice indoor pool for the kiddos and a modest fitness center (there's a Planet Fitness about a mile away that has short-term memberships--see "Mike" there, great gym, late hours and close to the hotel). The staff, superbly led by "Tiffany" with support from "Money" (correct spelling, what a cool name?) work tirelessly to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. I personally observed Tiffany prepare breakfast one morning when they were short staffed and on another occasion cleaning the lower hallway areas -- that's "Hands-On" leadership at its best... .

Customer service was excellent. AJ is an asset to your team. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and handled himself well even when some patrons were rude and unpleasant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. I should also mention that there were some teens running around making noise until management got involved. Before we could report the noise, AJ was already handling the situation. It was a blessing to have him working during our stay. Keep up the excellent work!

A dog on our floor barked all night our first night, but after that, it was quiet and easy to rest and sleep.

The bed was very comfortable and have to say the shower water pressure was awesome!! It served our purpose for the night before our flight

The cleaning person, Lisa, was awesome and friendly. The front desk changed our room from an upstairs room to a first floor room for my friend that has a hard time walking with no issues. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was great on the weekends. Weekdays were not as great, no fresh milk, just coffee mate for the coffee. (yuck). Ice machine was close and worked great. the beds were very comfortable and the AC was great. Great stay.

Needed more pillows on the bed and not enough towels. Minor details.

The property was nice and clean. I love there was a fitness center available & breakfast available. A little store in the lobby to buy snacks. It was wonderful.

What I did not like was there was no safe in my room. A safe was missing in my room to place my personal items secure.

My stay was delightful, with plenty of relaxation time in the pool and a cozy room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience that I highly recommend and look forward to repeating.

i mean what’s not to like the place was taken very good care of not like most places you enter if i had to say anything it did not have a hot tub which is good amenity i often live in hotel

Bed was comfy and heating/ac quiet, two very important things!

We went down for bfast at 9:45 (ends at 10:00). The eggs were empty and were told they werent going to make more. We complained and they got made, but was not good hospitality.

The parking lot was very dirty. There was condoms on the ground which was disgusting to see but other than that the hotel was nice could’ve done a little better job with the cleaning the staff was very friendly. The housekeepers was very nice. I will definitely be going back.

Nice sized, clean room, plenty of space and sitting arrangements. A mostly quiet place that's a clear step up from some of the less reputable chain motels.

The pool was nice besides the family of 12 in there from 12 pm until the pool closed. I don't like children and I don't like awkwardly just being there.
