Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. When checking in we were telling the clerk we were there for my granddaughter's college graduation. He informed us that if we were ever to use this facility again there was a discount for NCSU parents, this was a BIG plus. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again

Ice machine on our floor was out of order, had to go down several floors to get ice. Several selections of drinks in vending machines were empty and the one snack vending machine was out of order. When we asked at the front desk how to get to the pool we were very rudely told it was closed for maintenance. This may have been due to the heavy rain/storm the night before so I understand but she could have been a little more polite about it

The location was highly convenient for my scheduled engagements. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the staff provided outstanding service. While I didn’t have the chance to utilize the amenities personally, those I observed seemed to be enjoying them thoroughly

I reserved a King Room, but unfortunately encountered a few issues. Several electrical outlets and light fixtures were not functioning, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the desk in the room did not include a chair, making it difficult to work comfortably on my computer.

At the front desk, Kirk greeted us with a smile, offered free coffee. He gave us a room on the first floor which was clean, and very comfortable. Our room was well decorated, tv worked great, internet was fine. We had a King room, and I must say, the linens on the bed were so nice, the comforter was warm enough but not heavy. I slept well. Your coffee was pretty good, and I am a bit of a coffee snob. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of options. The shower was ok, bathroom was clean but water pressure could have been a bit better. All in all a great stay!

The shower could use a bit more pressure. And the bathroom sink drain was a bit slow.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel. The pricing was good. The location, I felt safe, no unsavory people hanging around near the property. Even the breakfast was good. Although I did not use the exercise room or the pool, it was nice to know that if I have a longer stay in Raleigh, it’s nice to know these amenities are available. I would definitely stay again, and definitely recommend to friends and family.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but it wasn’t bad.

The day we was checking out , as we where making sure we got everything we found someone’s clothes behind a pillow on the little couch and no we didn’t sit on the couch cause my husband and I was there for his surgery so was was always on the bed . That just made me feel some kind of way because it made me question the cleanliness of the room to begin with !

I'm a simple gal. This was exactly what I needed. We were attending NC State parent's weekend and we just needed a place to sleep. Staff were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and coffee/hot tea was always available.

It was a little bit further from NC State than we preferred, but the trade off is there were tons of great restaurants. There was a Wegman's and a Trader Joe's close by too. The hotel is dated and could use some sprucing up.

Front desk and common area were nice walking in, location was great, and the staff were super nice. Breakfast was okay. It was nice to have hot coffee anytime.

Rooms and hallways definitely need updating. Cabinet where mini fridge is stored is falling apart and scratched up, mold on bathtub, pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bummer for myself and my daughter.

The location of the hotel was great. It was downtown and close to everything. The staff was very friendly at each interaction. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay...there wasn't much selection, but it was basic.

I do wish that the breakfast had more options. One of the waffle makers wasn't working. The options were not very appealing. It was just basic, but it was okay.

Continental Breakfast was great each morning! The location was great was well! Rooms were spacious and clean.

Microwave had to be moved to use. Refrigerator could have been a little colder. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke or weed smoke would come through the AC vent if the fan was running continuously. Very unpleasant smell.
