This was a last minute booking to split up the tail end of a road trip I made with my dog. This facility was honestly probably the most dog friendly on our journey; there was a lovely pet zone with grass and a clean up station and the staff were lovely with my dog (she's a 50 pound white lab mix and the sweetest girl). The room was incredibly spacious! The bed was hands down the most comfortable of our entire trip. I did not take advantage of breakfast or the pool, but everything looked very nice! I thought this was a great value for the money.

The tub was dated and there were a few hairs I found, so I did disinfect on my own. After wiping surfaces, though, that did seem like a one off. I was overall very happy with the room.

The room was very clean and the ladies at the front desk at check in were phenomenal with their professionalism and customer service. It was very quiet at night which was a plus having our two labs with us. Not to mention my dogs were welcomed with open arms and no pet fees! I have family in the area and will be utilizing this hotel more due to being able to bring my dogs!

The ONLY thing that was at most inconvenient, but with having the dogs it would have been nice to have been on the main floor instead of the 3rd floor, but that's not a "make or break deal" for me.

Great location with lots restaurant options within walking distance. Very nicely decorated hotel that was clean. Beds comfortable. Bonus that rooms on bottom floor can enter from outside and inside to have access to unload and then go to inside facilities.

Elevator was broken and our room was on 3rd floor however front desk staff quickly moved our room when I explained my husband could not climb stairs. Trash outside rooms in back of hotel but seen someone next morning working on cleanup from weekend.

Everything was great...comfortable beds, nice amount of space in room. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices with some different items each day. Loved the direct access to outdoors from room, perfect for taking dogs out and loading and unloading upon arrival and leaving. Staff were all very friendly.

The refrigerators in the rooms are kind of quirky. Either freezing everything or not keeping things cold. Very hard to regulate. This has happened in each room we have been in.

Usually I don't take time to leave reviews but this hotel deserves one! The hotel itself is clean and has a nice cozy vibe to it,the staff was very friendly,the beds are super comfy,I love that the tvs are smart tvs and my family wasn't stuck watching cable,and the pool is definitely perfect for families like mine with younger kids because the deepest it goes is just a little over 3ft! Highly recommend and definitely will be staying here again!

**Breakfast. It is great for folks that have no food sensitivities. Suggestions: It would be nice if they carried Udi Gluten Free Items individually wrapped like bagels or pastry items like some other hotels. A dairy free cream cheese also would be nice for bagels. Also indicate if sausage or bacon is pork in labeling at breakfast...some families don't eat pork. Is the oatmeal certified gluten free?

The rooms and facility were clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast included pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs, and meat. Potatoes were a bit dry. Decent breakfast. They also had a social hour during our visit with drinks and finger food. The location was convenient for everything we needed.

Only complaint was managing the heat/cooling. Room was either warm or really cool.

We stay here often and this is first time our room was in need of repairs….we left a note for housekeeping to hopefully give to maintenance….inside and outside doors from the outside of room off and on would not open with key even tho light turned green, we stayed 2 nights and this happened numerous times at both doors to the room over the 2 days…..heater wall vent motor, when came on to blow air was very loud that it would wake us in middle of night….shower head did not spray correctly…..hopefully housekeeping will tell maintenance of these repairs needed……otherwise our stay was good as usual….the staff is always friendly and helpful, breakfast is always good, and grandkids love the pool, and you can’t beat the location to EVERYTHING!!!!

Cute country bear decor throughout the hotel. Very clean and quiet, comfortable beds. Had a good selection at breakfast, and as a surprise bonus, a nice free happy hours with a good assortment of hot snacks, cheeses, fresh veggies and cold adult beverages. Friendly staff. Very unique pool for the kids and a decent workout room for adults.

Breakfast was great. I had sausage patties, a waffle, and some oatmeal with brown sugar, nuts and raisins. Very filling. The place we went for dinner was very close and we really enjoyed it. Front desk was very helpful in locating guest laundry and making change for quarters. Appreciated dog waste stations are avaliable in front and back. Our room was right above the pool, but we never heard a sound even though I saw a large number of people in there having a great time.

I would have liked higher quality protein at breakfast. Powdered eggs are not my favorite, and the sausage was decent but would like to see an upgrade.
