There Was No Breakfast.....This is One Of The Much Needed For Guests That Is Lacking However The Room Provided A Home Away From Home Facilities That Enable Guests To Prepare Their Own Meal.My Most Memorable Was The Friendly Manner In Which I Was Greeted By The Front Desk Lady And Additionally The Continuation And Assistance From Mr. Delorian And The Manager Mr.Dan. The Hotel And It's Surrounding Was Very Clean Inside And Outside.

I Did Not Like The Negative Comments Made By Other Guest That I Read Prior To My Trip.To Memphis. Such Comments Of Homeless Persons Hanging Around In Front Of The Hotel Were Proven To Be False During My 10 Days Stay As I Never Encountered The Said At Any Time.

The rooms are VERY nice. It’s the size of a one bedroom apartment. Very clean, staff is nice, and the atmosphere of the entire hotel was comfortable.

The $250 deposit that’s not listed on their website was a curveball. It only mentions the deposit is $50 deposit, but once you book the room and get to the hotel they tell you it’s a $250 deposit and not a $50 deposit. And since I booked online, the refund would’ve been non-refundable.

I liked the deal I got from Booking.com. The front desk staff are wonderful and made check in and check out a breeze. They seem to be wonderful folks. The room itself was clean and greatly exceeded by expectations.

Google Maps makes you drive around the block to get to the main entrance when there is a direct way in right next to the Exxon on Poplar at Ridgeway which you don't know until you get to the hotel. The check in and check out times on Booking.com (3 PM and 12 PM) were wrong and need to be updated to the 4 PM and 11 AM times. While I didn't want to swim, it would have been bad if I did as the pool was shut down and covered. There's also no continental breakfast as stated on Booking.com. Nothing that can't be fixed by updating information. The only small problem I had with the room itself was the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bath were empty.

The size of the room makes it feel like you are staying at an apartment. Having the full size fridge and kitchen set up makes it easy to reheat your to go meals. Very comfortable space.

The bed was a queen size and I'm a little large sized but was a very comfortable bed and pillows too.

I like that it was a small hotel. It’s off the main street so no traffic. Staff was very friendly!!! I can say, I never been to an hotel where no front desk in the morning, but it worked out well. Phenomenal price!!!!

I want room 204 every time I return. Slow drainage with the bathroom sink but we were only there 1 night, so it wasn’t a big complaint.

I enjoyed how comforting and professional the staff was. I also came with my twins and they were so accommodating as far as helping me with them and they were so helpful with helping me with said situation. I came for my bday. I love the full kitchen.

I won't go into to much detail but what I didn't like was my first room was EXTREMELY DIRTY!!. Housekeeping didn't do their job at all!!!!! After, being transferred to a better room I didn't like that the suites don't come with and oven. That sucked lol.

Fast friendly and courteous front desk staff. Stayed at hotel six days. Suite with a full kitchen was clean, had all the utensils in good condition needed for an extended stay. Bed was comfortable with an ample supply of pillows. The hotel was priced reasonably for the amount of days stayed.

Our car was parked in a handicapped space. Although the hotel was fenced and gated, 3 attempted breaking occurred. (no entry gained due anti theft device) Shadows of people around the car and running from the car when the alarms sounded. Checked out early early due to this.
