I attended a conference in the hotel. The hotel is excellent and my stay was great. They gave me a huge room with a king size bed. The breakfast was excellent compared with other American hotels where I have stayed. The area around the hotel is very beautiful, even more at the end of October when the trees have these wonderful colors. There is a small park nearby where you can take a nice walk. The metro that connects this area to Washington is only 10 minutes away (walking, no car needed). It takes you about 40 minutes to get to downtown. The hotel has a free shuttle that get you to and from the airport in 15 minutes.

They charge you 23.32 dollars for buffet breakfast if breakfast is not included in the price. I guess it is too much but this is what four star hotels do usually :( Also, the drinks in the bar are expensive. A cocktail is around 20 dollars.

Perfect for business travelers. Room decor was nice and modern. With a small living room area and comfortable bed.

A bit more removed from Dulles airport than I anticipated. Parking can also be a bit of a walk/inconvenient. DC hotel prices are usurious so was expecting given this was an hour ago the price would be lower but still high. It is a large scale hotel quite active with multiple conferences ongoing at the same time so lacking an intimate vibe but perfect for short stay and business travelers. Bathroom a bit dated.

Overall my stay was excellent. My only concern was in the bathroom. My bathroom only had a side table for my toiletries, not a countertop. Not much room for my toiletries. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks.

Mentioned above. Need better counter space for my toiletries by the sink in the bathroom. Also, the toilet was somewhat low when I was sitting. More effort to get up.

The size of rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. The front desk staff upon check in (not sure if i recall her name correctly as Liah and her colleague) were very accommodating and friendly. Excellent service from both of them and the airport shuttle driver.

The frontndesk staff assigned at check out (6am of april 29) seemed to be not in the mood and was not very accommodating. Seemed to be irritated with our clarifications.

The location is amazing & the sitting area outside is so beautiful & shaded nicely.

I hate the parking situation. It’s hard to park & the fee really sucks due to the fact the parking is horrible sometimes it take 30 minutes to a hour of circling waiting for a spot to open up.

The hotel is well located for stays near Dulles Airport. The lobby and rooms are nice, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the separate seating area in our room. There was plenty of storage and counter space, plus a convenient mini fridge.

Some of the hotel could use a bit of TLC - in terms of paint and some dinged up furniture. They charge $15 per night to park in the outdoor lot which just seemed excessive and unnecessary.

The hotel was in a good proximity to the airport. Our flight was cancelled so we booked last minute to spend the night before heading on our new flight the next morning. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful in answering our questions. The rooms were business-standard and were clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes.

I struggled a bit with the shower system, not easy to use at least from a European perspective

The room was large and the beds were comfortable (the pull-out sofa not so much). It was nice having a fridge, and although there was no microwave in the room, there was one on the floor. The breakfast was excellent!! Maybe the best I have had at the level of hotels I have stayed in in the US. We were able to use the shuttle with all of our luggage without a problem. We took the train into the city one day. Not such a long walk to the station from the hotel (about 15 minutes) and then just about 45-50 minutes into downtown DC with no transfers for $6 per person.

The pull-out sofa bed is not that comfortable, but I don't know that anyone would expect it to be. The elevators are slow and could be a little bigger for people with luggage, and it would be nice if they showed what floor they are on when you are waiting. There are no stores in the vicinity of this hotel (i.e., walking distance), but if you have a car or don't mind ubering, there is a grocery store about 5 minutes away and other stores/restaurants.

Very nice place, quiet for the most part.

Had a large group the first night kids running every where all hours. Should make the large events have security. I saw other kids with security vest own but they where just as loud as the rest of the kids. The next two nights of my stay where wonderful.

Very clean.

The swimming pool is supposed to be open at six so I set my alarm to go down before I started online meetings and it wasn’t open. When I spoke to someone about it at the front desk, it still did not get opened until 710. I had especially booked this hotel so I could do laps in the pool in the morning.
