Great location for a trip to visit family in Tårnby. It is pretty handy for the airport too. It was quiet and dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Super friendly reception team.

Shower was very basic. No cubicle, just a shower curtain in a very small bathroom. That is the only very minor negative.

Excellent personnel, very friendly, very helpful. 6 stars out of 5 :-) Excellent beds. Excellent location. Excellently connected to the public transport; taxi / uber / whatever immediately available. Bar perfectly fitted for a start before going in the town for dinner (or for an end... ;-) ) Breakfast: well, with the equivalent of 30 euro (give or take) for two persons one can have a very decent breakfast in the room (if you care in the evening before- which could be the case because you know that you stay at a two stars hotel) or you just cross the street to the grocery market in the morning. Or you take the 250S to the downtown and look around.

Well, it is a two stars hotel, so whoever complains about the size of the room etc. is very wrong. Two stars hotel. Period. Anyway, many facilities resembles to a four stars.

Closeness to bus stop and train station Tårnby (approx. 5 mins. walk), and also a small supermarket. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cramped little bathroom with the shower head only and the smallest sink ever. It does the job and provides all what you need but if I had stumbled over the description that this is a room without a "proper" bathroom _and_ would have known what they meant, I would have upgraded the room. Not complaining though, we had a laugh looking at it and using it. 😉

Good location regarding the airport, cheerful personnel, bar still open at midnight when we came back from town

There wasn't anything I decidedly didn't like. The stay was good, ok for the price,. But if I should mention anything, there were small things - like the water was not very warm in the shower when we took a shower at night. Not a disaster for me who's a winter bather, can be an issue for another person. There's not much to do in the walking distance, so one can get slightly bored while waiting for the right time point to leave towards the airport, but not having enough time to go sightseeing in CPH. Well, as I mentioned, small things. 🙂

We had nice spacious room on 6th floor. Little minus would be missing wardrobe (at least there were some hangers) in the room and bathroom which was nice and spacious but shower wasn't anyhow divided so water was in the whole bathroom. Plus the whole floor was bit hot during sunny days, yet we had AC in the room so that was useful. Also little kitchen in our room was nice bonus. Overall hotel had nice breakfast, you can get some small refreshment also at the reception, they offer locker for small fee if you need to leave baggage there. And despite it isn't in city center, it is 2 stops from Tivoli amusement park and from there you can see whole Copenhagen by foot. Train/bus stop is 2 mins away, grocery store as well, from the same station you can get to Sweden directly as well, so all very handy.

Excellent value if your goal is to get and from the airport! It's located about 2min from a train that takes only 3min to get to Copenhagen airport. But that doesn't meant the hotel just rests on location. It is stylishly designed with a nice lobby and bar. The staff was nothing but kind and accommodating. They allowed me to share refrigerable food in their fridge. There's a paid coffee/tea center in the lobby with microwave too. And the room, although small, had everything needed -- it was clean, the bed was moderately comfortable, and there were enough lights and outlets. I felt very comfortable here.

The whole bathroom serves the shower -- this is common in Copenhagen but some people might not like it. I wish there was free coffee/hot water!

The room was modern and comfortable. The view was quite pretty. It was a different experience regarding the restroom but it was nice to receive clean towels and more toilet paper almost every day. The staff was extremely understandable and nice. Overall it was a nice experience.

The pillows were not comfortable, I had to ask for another one because they were supper flat. The hall it was supper hot whenever we got to our room and also the room was really hot. It threw us off regarding the shower, it would be nice to have a space to place our clothes so they don't get wet and probably a mat outside the bathroom so we don't get everything wet outside. I would suggest to if you are staying more than 3 days, to clean the restroom.

The staff was the biggest highlight of this trip so far. They were really helpful and kind towards guests. They’ve recommended me a lot of stuff and what to do. I liked the rooms. They were pretty cozy and beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean and the location was pretty good. The internet connection was surprisingly fast. You can buy water bottles for 15 Danish Kronas but the refilling it being free was a nice touch. Their sandwiches were filling and tastes decently. The hotel being close to the train station was brilliant. It’s especially easier for tourists who are visiting Copenhagen for the first time and it helps them get to the airport without paying for the taxi. The coupon wall was a generous move which is helpful for travellers who have a limited budget (Like myself) and some of them gives the brief information about the historical and touristic places in Copenhagen. Lastly Natto is across the hotel if you need anything.

The shower was the worst. It’s merged to the sink causes so much problems and since the floors are flat, it leaks close to the toilet (also no shampoo and body wash). At least there was a little squeegee thing that helps cleaning after showers. Despite rooms being cozy, if you’re tall you might not able to use the working table due to the ceiling being triangle shaped and crossed between walls. The light on the bed was really close to my head which caused me to hit it with my head. Lastly breakfast being only thing to be served is disappointing. It’s especially bad for people who wake up late. Despite the flaws I actually enjoyed my stay and looking forward to booking it again in the future.

Great staff, nice location if you are flying out early the next morning, breakfast buffet from 5am so perfect for an early morning flight like we had. Nice TV and you can buy food elsewhere and heat it up in the lobby microwave (they will even give you a plate to use for it! Very accomadating staff and the reception is open 24/7 which is great! Good value for money!

Rooms small, shower is right by the toilet so everything is wet after a shower. Not so bad if you plan ahead and are willing to devote a large towel to the bathroom floor. The bed was too soft and there was only one chair even though we booked the double room for two people. You hear everything from the hallway so if you need to sleep earlier than other guests, definitely bring earplugs! Also no hairdryer in the room. You could probably get one at reception but I just managed without. All in all not bad for the price

The hotel on the route of many trains to the center and only 4 minutes from the airport. Great place for outings to explore Copenhagen but also, in the other direction - Sweden. Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, not too big but comfortable. Value for money for 5 stars!

What on the downside is that you can not heat water in the room to drink something warm. We don't know how it worked but for the first two days we had to pay for coffee in the vending machine by the elevators and then the lady at the front desk after asking us which room was ours said we didn't have to pay, it was confusing.
